President-elect Donald Trump announced his plans to change the name of the "Gulf of Mexico" to the "Gulf of America" during an elliptical and stream-of-consciousness press conference Tuesday morning at Mar-a-Lago.

He's already made a deal with Vlad and Xi... the only other two leaders who really matter.

Vlad gets Ukraine, Georgia, and a few other neighbors, and dibs on Poland and Norway. Maybe even Alaska, if he'll stop messing around in the Middle East.

Xi gets Taiwan, the Straits, several sundry islands. Japan and Korea if he really wants to fight them.

And Donald gets Greenland, Panama (the whole country, just to be safe) and Canada if wants it.

The Fart of the Deal, so to speak.

Trump is a troll. He's going to keep trolling.

He is the president and he will have a lot of power at his command. He has Congress and the Supreme Court backing him.

But there's only so much he can do.

The most troubling thing he's actually said, in my opinion, is about how republicans never have to worry about voting again.

I'm not too sure what that specifically means other than republicans have found a way to rig the election. We'll see how that plays out in 2026 and 2028.

Exactly! He's trying to divert the media's and voters' attention away from questions about his campaign promises that he can't fulfill. Other countries were able to mitigate COVID. We were the exception among advanced societies.
