"In 2023, a jury found that Trump sexually abused Carroll, sufficient to hold him liable for battery, though it did not find that Carroll proved he raped her.

The jury awarded Carroll $5 million for battery and defamation. In January, Carroll was awarded an additional $83.3 million in damages for defamatory statements made by Trump that disparaged her and denied her rape allegations.

A judge concluded in August 2023, when dismissing Trump's countersuit against Carroll, that the claim Trump raped Carroll was "substantially true."

The judge wrote that Trump "raped" her in the broader sense of that word, as people generally understand it, though not as it is narrowly defined by New York state law."

Good to know.

The 'shroom may have not actually, technically, have been up to it.

Yeah, but "substntially true" is not "true."

I think it is good that the Justice system finds that such a minor distinction is important, even critical.

ABC will pay $15 million as a charitable contribution to a "presidential foundation and museum

Charity and a tax write off.

$15 million for ABC isn't going to hurt them. It's Disney.

People who had nothing to do with this will get fired so CEOs and Shareholders won't notice.

AH!

You must be referring to all those Dem Crisis Actors that pretended to be Hand-Picked Trumper Aides, literally dozens of whom testified under Oath to witnessing his crimes.

Of course, your Party didn't have the balls to actually impeach him.

- bankrupting him, attempting to put him in jail and then assassinating him.

He's bankrupt? Who's going to tell him? And how dare a Jury of his peers convict him on the evidence!

And the assassination attempt was by a rwinger, Bozo.

A cigar with a consenting adult is not rape. You can mention he had one accuser without any evidence with no criminal charges or civil suit if you'd like that came out during his second term. But don't worry, we'll never elect him again and we definitely didn't base the party around him.

Trump lost in court. Trump has numerous photos and travel logs with Epstein. Trump has numerous accusers with evidence. Trump has bragged about sexually assaulting women.

Remember when Bubba paid hush money to a porn star a week before the Pres Election?

Me neither.

The Truth is that all these Whataboutisms are because they have no argument to the point being made about a well-known lying criminal traitor and abuser of women:

Nothing Bubba ever did or Jimmah ever did or Obama or Biden ever did comes close to the many lies, crimes, and Constitutional illegalities of Donald Jessica trying to overthrow an election he knew he had lost by a violent conspiracy.

Many people, Electors, Rioters are in prison for it, and if there's any justice, so will DJT one day suffer for his crimes, one way or another.

The only people that this has to be pointed out to have long ago joined the Conspiracy to overthrow the Gov illegally by supporting Trump in any way; they are the exact opposite of the Patriots they claim to be.

He was a sitting POTUS when he was impeached. Nobody made up any evidence. Your fat orange grifting raping child molesting hero bankrupted himself multiple times with multiple business. The courts wanted to put him into jail along with various State and City DA's and an attorney general. It was a right wing nutcase fascist that was the second almost shooter that was going to blast him if he had not botched it and got spotted.
