... spends his time here pimping for a 'man' who is a liar; convicted of Fraud and Sexual Assault... and according to the sworn testimony of literally dozens of his own Trumper Top Aides is a traitor to his country.

Not to mention his wrecking of the economy of said country; endangering her with reckless handling of our trade and security nation partners.

And starving to death some families and children around the world in a mindless quest that has saved, according to Conservative experts... less than one tenth of one percent of the Fed budget, if anything at all.

Then, we are supposed to take anything 1Nut says about any Dem being even close to that sort of dishonor and unpatriotic, and illegal, actions?

F him and his obnoxious desires to some day... one day, perhaps far in the future... actually 'own him a lib'.

Because really, that's all he's here for; not even a very sharp tool, either. About what you would expect from Donald, but I am disappointed in Vlad, who is definitely evil but not stupid, and holds Trump's puppet strings like a Master Puppeteer.

Jesus. It's been serious as a heart attack for years.

Let's see if this judge is given due process.

If not, I hope you do have that heart attack.

Just for the record, Trump taking this step was predicted. Like in 2016.

Any dictator would have to take it.

Oh, and I hope that this judge is not shot in the back trying to escape.

Sending the FBI to harass a judge and then spread it all over the media is serious. Seriously tyrannical. Using the DOJ to prosecute your political enemies is seriously F-ed up.

Even if this judge committed a crime this is not how we treat judges or anyone of standing in the community who is accused of committing non violent offenses.

In most states a judge cannot be arrested for a crime without a grand jury indictment. The grand jury's role is to determine whether there is enough evidence to bring formal criminal charges. This means that a judge accused of a felony must first be indicted by a grand jury before they can be arrested

Where is the grand jury indictment?

Why do we never read about the arrests of CEOs at companies where undocumented workers have been arrested en masse?

Arrest the CEOs and the problem may start to be resolved. But they never do.

More than a little interesting that it's a woman judge he's trying to make an example of.

At the federal level, AUSAs can use an 'Information' rather than seek a Grand Jury indictment. I have seen the use of the 'Information' in federal proceedings:

"Like an indictment, an information is a formal charging document that describes the criminal charges against a person and the factual basis for those charges. Unlike an indictment, however, an information does not require a grand jury's vote. Instead, the information is presented to a judicial officer, usually a magistrate judge, who examines the information and decides whether there is probable cause that a crime occurred."

There would not have been sufficient time to convene a Grand Jury and secure an indictment against Judge Hannah Dugan. A GOP-appointed magistrate must have approved the FBI arrest warrant after reading the 'Information' provided by the Republican AUSA.

A thinly-veiled warning to other Judges in Pres Trump's assault on the Judiciary who rule against him?

Persecuting domestic violence? Who wouldn't be for that? Who who is above the law?

You, and the rest of you Lumpers are actually going to bat for a judge who helped a violent domestic abuser escape a valid ICE arrest warrant?

Really incredible.

Just admit it - prior to the Dems telling you this talking point, you didn't even know what Due Process was. Not surprising, Canada doesn't have the same rights as we do.

Yup, she would have gotten due process.

And that has been a major issue for me with the Trump admin.

Lack of the due process that the Constitution guarantees.

Some trolls, though, seem to want to characterize that lack of due process as a good thing.

Trump's statement after arresting Wisconsin judge:

"I expect the legal profession to understand that the nation is not here for them but they are here for the nation ... From now on, I shall intervene in these cases and remove from office those judges who evidently do not understand the demand of the hour."

I lied, that was Hitler in 1942. But the fact that you liked the statement is pretty damning.

Lyrics excerpt ...

...
[Verse 1]
Don't you ever think of me
When you're outside strolling
Don't you ever wave the flag
When we're rockin' and rollin'

[Refrain]
Don't shit where you eat, my friend

[Verse 2]
Who said it was hard to climb
A peak that you can't see
I tell you it's an easy thing
When it's you and me

[Refrain]
But don't shit where you eat, my friend

[Verse 3]
A little food and a little drink, uh-huh
Nothin' too fancy
Lamb, veal, and some good old wine
This is the life for me
