Treating people like Vermin.

Bounties traditionally are paid on dead "vermin".

This country is SO ------ Up.

The nefarious Trumpf junta will be using contractors to triage Medicaid/Medicare patients, offering bounties for the money contractors save with their AI death panels, like United Healthcare (UHC). So now Erik Prince wormed his way back into Trumpf's orbit to privatize locating and deporting vulnerable migrants.

The Third Reich persecuted people ideologically; the Trumpf junta is persecuting people for lucre. White House Pit Fiend Steven Miller owns shares of Palantir.

And notorious Erik Prince is no "prince":

Once ICE gets done sending ten million immigrants to camps, who do we send to camps next?

Do Republicans even think to ask themselves, or their leaders, who's next?

Spending hundreds of billions of dollars to hunt down non-violent immigrants as the US is losing ground to China on AI, quantum, and energy production is like Germany running trains full of civilians to death camps instead of using those limited resources to support their existential war effort.

Republicans used to care about the economy, or so I've been led to believe.

I see zero evidence that today's Republicans care about the economy. Or even understand how it works.

Actually, it's not that different over here. Germany has re-established border checkpoints, even with Schengen countries. AfD was the first German political party to jump on the anti-immigration bandwagon, but now all of them are.

Just think, none of this would be necessary if Congress would do its job. In fact if Congress would do its job Trumpy would probably be in jail. And definitely not our Dear Leader.

Trump refused to allow any immigration reform to pass in Congress. For political purposes only.

And the House refuses to even show up much less actually do its job.

When will Congress grow a set and do its frigging job?

When will Fishpoo just grow up?

I betting neither happens any time soon.

#61 | Posted by madbomber

I don't dispute that people here illegally ought to be sent home. I was at work one night when it happened. And it didn't take a dozen agents in body armor covering their faces to make it happen. It didn't take camp. It took two US Marshalls in a SUV, next stop Dulles for the next flight to Jamaica or Haiti or whoever it was.

So I don't see how it's a hundred and fifty billion dollar problem. And this is before factoring in that economically speaking, illegal immigrants are a net positive.
I don't see how pursuit of that goal is a good reason to create the largest police force on the planet.
Since you do see that, please explain what I'm missing.

I'll tell you what I do see. I do see how creating a large police force tasked with rounding people up will find new targets to round up, once the original target pool has been depleted.

Now, I know there are a few Republicans here who can admit they want the Liberals rounded up. None of the other Republicans can even comment on it.

It's hard to say which is worse, but I think it's the latter group; the ones who are dishonest or just won't talk about it.

So who do you think ICE will be rounding up next? Or are you one of the people who just won't talk about it.
