5-4?!?

#1 | POSTED BY QCP

These people trip on their own thoughts. It's the worst crew of SC we have ever had.

On the other hand, Donald Trump will spend the day shitting his diappers.

Holding on by a thread.

A 5-4 Decision isn't very reassuring given that birthright citizenship is IN THE TEXT OF THE CONSTITUTION.

All of our Traditional Freedoms are in play.

Freedom of Speech is Questionable if it's Speech Trump hates.

Freedom of Assembly is Questionable if the Assembly is deemed to be "Terrorists" by Trump.

The Separation of Powers is Questionable when Trump starts Wars without even Informing Congress and Rules by Decree only occasionally Reined in by the Courts.

The Inherent flaws in the American System are being systemically Weaponized by the Trump Regime to consolidate power In One Tiny Handed Asshole.

Who likes this state of Affairs?

Who Benefits from it?

Oligarchs and Corporations in General, and Trump picked Enterprises in PARTICULAR.

Crony Capitalism and Corporate Monopoly, consolidation of the Media by 5 major Players.

It's almost like they Had a PLAN?...

This is Coup in real time.

This should have been a 9-0. The amendment is in plain English.

Realistically, 8-1, since Thomas is bought.

Let me guess...

The four dissenters... Alito, Clearance Thomas, Keggenaugh and Gorsuch.

The fact this ruling was not 9-0 is a disgrace.

Article on MSN states "the ruling was 6-3, but the court was split 5-4 on whether Congress could vote to do away with birthright citizenship. But the decision was not unanimous. Three conservative judges dissented " Justices Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito and Neil Gorsuch " saying the executive order should stand"

The Supreme Court when Trump is president: "the president can do whatever he wants!"

The Supreme Court when Biden was president, "student loan forgiveness?! absolute tyranny!!!"

So basically like Bush v Gore. That ruling was 7-2, but they were split 5-4 on whether to do an equally dubious alternative .

It should be 9-0.

It should also be 535-0 to pass an amendment to fix the amendment.
