"Mayor Zohran Kwame Mamdani and the Theatre Development Fund (TDF) announced that NYC high school students will have the opportunity to receive thousands of free and low-cost tickets to Broadway and Off-Broadway shows through the end of summer and into the fall.

Starting today, high school students can enter a lottery to receive free tickets to one of seven marquee Broadway shows: Buena Vista Social Club; In the Heights (New York City Center); School Girls Or, The African Mean Girls Play; Stranger Things: The First Shadow; The Lost Boys; The Great Gatsby and Two Strangers (Carry a Cake Across New York). The lottery will remain open through Monday, 17 Aug at 1000HRS and selected students will be able to claim up to two tickets."
