There is no legal mechanism that forces Amazon to pay profits back to employees.....union contracts might address that and that's fine. but you can't force a union.....
We can agree it's unfair for Amazon to pocket those increased profits if they aren't treating employees equitably. Despite what they say, most people agree with that.

Bigotry toward homosexuals is deeply ingrained from early on, it is ridiculous that intelligent people are shaken by the concept of homosexuality or rally against inclusion.

It follows into those four realms and denies them growth in so many ways.
