I'm not complaining about it. Just accepting it as fact.

It's the game.

But I'm not sure I would even put it in the top five reasons she lost considering those types weren't going to vote for her anyway.

I think it works like this.
If you are racist, and you see a black pilot, you'll think "Boy, I sure hope he's qualified!"
So you start by seeing a black woman candidate, and you find reasons they're not qualified, that you wouldn't go looking for in a while male candidate.
I think it applies some extra weight to those criticisms. It makes them all a little more concerning. We see this type of reaction from cops and judges every day. Or famously in Katrina, when white people were "gathering needed supplies" and black people were "looting."

This isn't something that should take any convincing. It's like like how the NAACP had to find a squeaky clean black person with no criminal record whatsoever to do their bus boycott. Because if if it had been someone with a criminal record, someone who wasn't well spoken, or someone who mouthed off to the cops, well, that would have just been uppity and nobody likes those ones.

This is also how Jackie Robinson who broke the color barrier in Major League Baseball. The owners actually had another player in mind; I can't remember the name. But when they asked him, you know you'll get called all kinds of names, how are you going to react to that, he replied he'd punch someone out if they called him a n-----. So they picked Jackie, who was more willing to let those insults go by and not take them too personally.

The Soros machine would like a word with you.

I am not a Zionist, nor am I am a practicing Jew, but I have a great deal of sympathy for my fellow Jews and a deep concern for the survival of Israel. I did not want to provide fodder to the enemies of Israel. I rationalized my position by saying that if I wanted to voice critical views, I ought to move to Israel. But since there were many Israelis who held such views my voice was not needed, and I had many other battles to fight.

But now I have to ask the question: How did Israel become so endangered? I cannot exempt AIPAC from its share of the responsibility. I am a fervent advocate of critical thinking. I have supported dissidents in many countries. I took a stand against President Bush when he said that those who don't support his policies are supporting the terrorists. I cannot remain silent now when the pro-Israel lobby is one of the last unexposed redoubts of this dogmatic way of thinking.

Hardly a glow review of AIPAC.

"George Soros has a long history of backing anti-Israel groups," the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, or AIPAC, tweeted on Aug. 24. "Now he's giving $1 million to help @jstreetdotorg support anti-Israel candidates and attack pro-Israel Democrats. AIPAC works to strengthen pro-Israel mainstream Democrats. J Street & Soros work to undermine them."

Doesn't sound like AIPAC is a big fan of Soros either.

#10 Throughout the month of October, 2024, the Trump campaign (and associated entities) spent $300,000,000.00 on ads in all 7 swing states during televised NFL and NCAA football games. The topic of all of those ads? Then-CA Attorney General Kamala Harris' 2019 response to a question about a Trump administration dictate on gender-affirming (read: trans) care for federal inmates

And the amount of money the Harris campaign spent countering those She's for They/Them ads in the swing states during NFL and NCAA football games? You know, to point out the truth that she was simply responding to a question about a Trump administration dictate on gender-affirming for federal inmates? To counter the deceptive, the lying-by-omission ads run by Trump & company?

Zero dollars

The efficacy of this strategy was born out election night, 2024, when Steve Kornacki was calling individual counties (starting with Pennsylvania) and highlighting that the Harris/Walz ticket was falling short of votes as opposed to the votes in the 2020 election for the Biden/Harris ticket. His reporting was, in effect, a death by 1,000 cuts for Harris/Walz.

Trump & company knew that all it would take would be the suppression of Biden votes in 2024 by just a point or two for Trump to carry those counties, all 7 swing states and, ultimately, the election. They judged, correctly, that men - men of color and white - would be turned off enough by the "pro-trans" Harris that they voted for Trump, or didn't vote at all.

Either way, mission accomplished.
