Biden spent 3.5 years telling us in scrambled clueless Biden talk that "they don't want me talking" meaning whomever "they" is still has power to fire and muzzle the President Biden. Not one to spread conspiracy theories, but there is something very odd about Biden's letter. Presumably he came to this decision during private time with family. Jill is an ENGLISH teacher. The grammar in the letter is awful. There were three incomplete sentences in the first paragraph. Jill would never let that fly.

It looks to me like he took excerpts from part of a speech. If you read it that way, those incomplete sentences in the first paragraph make perfect sense.

I agree, it reads more like a speech, maybe the speechwriters deliberately format them this way to use the periods to cue him for pauses, but considering the importance of this letter, wouldn't someone proofread it and correct grammar?

Also noted is that his signature looks very different than other examples found on the net. He underlined Biden, it looks like an "s: at the ens, and he always has a return in the bottom of his "B". I saw no examples of him doing any of these things in the past. Then there is the lack of White House letterhead. Here is a letter he wrote three days prior:

While others have said that without any physical proof of him signing the letter, either a video or picture, they will never believe he signed it.
