OpEd: It should come as no surprise that the news of Donald Trump's election again was greeted with glee in Moscow. Russian dictator president Vladimir Putin sent his congratulations to Trump after the news was announced, but not for the reasons you may imagine.

This has been the Plan for the 40 years that Trump has been a Russian banking client, and political plant.

DJT being incompetent enough to collapse the US economy, even if he fails to do it through careful planning.
