The position as an at-large delegate for the Florida Republican Party will be the highest-profile political role thus far for Barron, former President Donald Trump's youngest son.

Of course the family will want it both ways, saying Barron is a delegate and a child, so leave him be. That will not happen in this role as a delegate. The Florida GOP will have to hide him in a closet, bringing him out for votes. And good luck not being hounded on whatever college campus he finds himself on this autumn.
