Newsom Bibles Sold Out

California Governor Gavin Newsom is now selling merchandise a la Donald Trump " including $100 "Bibles" that are already "sold out" " in his latest move to troll the president. After days of imitating the president's signature all-caps social media posting style, Newsom capped off a week of trolling Trump with the opening of what he's calling the "Patriot Shop." "THE PATRIOT SHOP IS NOW OPEN!!!!" the Democratic governor announced Sunday in a social media post. "MANY PEOPLE ARE SAYING THIS IS THE GREATEST MERCHANDISE EVER MADE. PLEASE ENJOY, AMERICA!"
In a direct jab at the president, the website lists a "Holy Bible" signed by "America's Favorite Governor!" for $100.

This is ridiculous. Trying to one up Trump. Instead of one uping him. Maybe chart a different course of action. Selling Bibles isn't it.

Gov Newsom has been echoing and trolling Pres Trump's tactics.

While I do agree, those lame, e.g., Bible-selling tactics may not work with Democrats, they have seemed to resonate with the MAGA base.

Maybe Gov Newsom is just trying to probe into the electorate to see what works with voters?

I've not a clue on this, but i do find it interesting to follow.

Newsom is also mocking Trump's frequent over use of "Many people are saying" when he wants to create a false impression.

Just lately Trump said, "Many people are saying that a dictator might not be so bad."

He's referred to the Democratic Republic of the Congo as "the Republic of Condo," the Russian city of St. Petersburg by its Soviet-era name of Leningrad, and Noem by the name of an LPGA golfer, Cristie Kerr"all in the past month.
On Tuesday, the Trump administration had disgraced doctor Ronny Jackson declare the president "mentally and physically sharper than ever before."

That the dementia gremlins floating around in Trump's brain are turning off the circuit breakers at a rapid rate of speed.

There's no doubt that Trump's cabinet and staff are aware, maybe even anticipating.

I mentioned years ago on this site that I had a vision of the Secret Service chasing Trump running buck naked down Pennsylvania.
