You're overthinking it.

They're not pissed at all. They don't even really care all that much about Charlie Kirk.

They have violent plans and a desire to attack people they perceive as their enemies. They're not well people and have been constantly riled up and badgered with misinformation and the fomenting of a faux victim complex for exactly that purpose.

Charlie Kirk is but a fulcrum to pivot on and apply as much violence and, in their minds, justified death, misery and destruction on "the left."

Beyond being a justification, the rest of the flash point and all its details are irrelevant.
