For many Iranians who poured onto the streets during the latest wave of protests, US President Donald Trump appeared to be a potential lifeline.

Trump encourages the protesters in Iran and writes: "Save the names of the killers and abusers." What a great idea! Let's all do that globally!

Trump is responsible for the death of these 15,000," a Tehran businessman told TIME magazine, referring to the protest death toll. "Because many of the protesters took to the streets when they saw his post that the US is 'locked and loaded.'

The bloated, brain dead------------ strikes again.

Anyone that believes anything he says that is not 100% in his best interests is a fool.

Betrayed would suggests his statements were genuine to begin with.

Have you people not learned your lesson yet?

I am not worried. Remember TACO! He lacks the personal integrity and will to finish anything that can be passed off to underlings.

George HW Bush betrayed the Iraqis after calling for them to rebel, which they did as U.S. fighter jets watched hundreds at a time get mowed down by Saddam's Revolutionary Guard.

Republicans can't be trusted

Iranian Republicans are idiots.

They're no different than our Trump supporting morons on the DR.

Delusional.

I just want to point out that the Venezuelan adventure likely prevented Piggy from bombing Iran since we didn't have a carrier located nearby.

Not sure if that is good thing or a bad thing.

The USS Abraham Lincoln, a nuclear-powered aircraft carrier, is currently en route to the Persian Gulf.

ICC-indicted war criminal Israel PM Benjamin Netanyahu is kept up-to-date on the locations and activities of all strategic US military forces, particularly ACGs and B1, B2, and Stealth aircraft. Moreover, Diego Garcia is an ideal location to launch attacks against Muslim countries.

Benjamin Netanyahu wants maximum US forces in the region before he starts the three-pronged war against the West Bank, Lebanon, and Iran that the IDF High Command warned its citizens about on 31 Dec 2025. Hence, he asked for the US to postpone attacking Iran.

One doesn't have to be a Robert Oppenheimer or Lieutenant Columbo to understand this situation.

#8 Definitely a good thing in my humble opinion.

If we had bombed them it would have been GO time in the ME.

Too Much death and destruction. For What?

Bombing them would have made the internal repression even worse.

#10 Just checking in to see how you're doing today, Effeteposer.

I thought about you last evening, and even shared the contents of our last interactions last night with my bride.

And, as I said then, you're very brave. It took a lot of courage on your part.

#14 Why, that's exactly what 27 denizens here feel exactly about your posts, PhartPhisher.

They voted with their killfiles, just to let you know how valuable they think your posts excrement is.

But, you and your ilk don't like democracy, so you can rest in peace.

You're welcome.

#11 Embarrassed is how I feel.

Partly for being so Obtuse yet Aware at the same time that I was being A Bigot myself.

Partly for showing myself as weak, "Vulnerabl"even though everyone was really amazing about it.

What is Ethically correct? I hate what's happening in Palestine but Know myself that it can't be blamed on a Collective population.

Collective Punishment is Always Wrong.

But the Crimes are so Immense and the Consequences are More Cash, More Arms, and Punishment by the PTB for Protesting.

Lives are Destroyed, for Bitching about Mass Murder.

That's why I got so shrill and Hateful.

Even our Voices are Silenced.

That's the betrayal?

Let's not pretend any of you give a crap about Iranian protestors.

Iranian protests were largely Mossad Directed. That's why shutting down the internet stopped the protests. If they were Organic it wouldn't have

Remember the 12 Day war?

They have Cells throughout Iran.

here comes eberly trying to deflect from the fact that the US can no longer be viewed as a reliable partner in world affairs. It's totally fine with eberly that we now have a psuedo-dictator who directs policy by whim.

How you gonna say that right in front of Clownshack?

Bush I did the same thing after Desert Storm. Told the Kurds to rise up. They did. We didn't help. They got crushed.

Obviously you're okay that the word of our President means nothing.

It makes you feel better about the fact that your word as a man means nothing.

"here comes eberly trying to deflect from the fact that the US can no longer be viewed as a reliable partner in world affairs. It's totally fine with eberly that we now have a psuedo-dictator who directs policy by whim."

But what constitutes the betrayal? A social media post?

If that post hadn't happened, would we be talking about betrayal?

of course not.

None of you would have anything to bitch about. After all....it was a social media post from Trump. Is there anybody left in the entire world who take that seriously? Of course not.

And why? Because none of you give a shit about powerless Iranian protestors anyway.

You're only interest is US politics.

"no longer be viewed as a reliable partner in world affairs"??? really?

You can't possibly be serious.

"But what constitutes the betrayal? A social media post?"

You're desperate for Trump's words to mean nothing on the global stage.

Why?

"If that post hadn't happened, would we be talking about betrayal?"

Probably. Republicans have been making noises about betraying NATO and the UN to Occupy Greenland for some time now.

Would you feel better if Trump's

approach to Iran was called "Fickle?"

#27 Remember when the MAGAts claimed that Biden wasn't taken seriously on the world stage.

That Biden wasn't respected.

That Trumpf would stride back into the Oval Bordello and make America respected... all across the world?

Good times, n'est-ce pas?

Trump is Not Responsible directly or Morally as much as I hate to say it. He was his usual over promising Lying self but he wasn't the Actor behind this.

The Evidence I've seen such as it is makes me believe Israeli Cells within Iran Fomented the Real Violence that triggered the mass shootings.

That's why Shutting down the internet Quashed the Violence.

No ability to organize from Outside.

If the Protests had been organic the internet shutdown wouldn't have affected them as much.

Iran is a Great Power even as The Islamic Republic.

They Won't be Undermined as much as you think.

More Resilient than is Apparent.

I think Israel is Softening them Up for War.

A War that is uncertain as to who will Prevail.

Trump won't Touch it.

When the Bullet Hits The Bone.
