I'd like to think they picked June 14 because it marks the 77th anniversary of a rhesus monkey called Albert II blasting off on a V-2 rocket out of Holloman AFB, NM, to hit an altitude of 83 miles, whereby Albert became the first mammal and the first monkey to journey into space. Sadly, Albert did not survive the impact of his return to earth when the parachute on the capsule in which he rode malfunctioned. Nevertheless, party on in Albert's name.

As a Caesar he sucks. Where is all the food for the masses?
But he does make a great Caligula. He regularly appoints a horses ass to his cabinet.
