DOJ Drops Charges Against Former Olympian

The Justice Department moved Friday to dismiss a criminal case charging a former Olympian with deliberately damaging the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool, saying evidence prosecutors had recently received refuted the idea that vandals were to blame.

"This is a case with tremendous evidence," Jeanine "Judge Boxwine" Pirro declared.
She yapped that out just a month ago, with great enthusiasm and certitude .
That "tremendous evidence" turned out to be ... nothing other than a poorly-executed stitch-up of an innocent man.
Meanwhile, the guy gets indicted (!) and Pirro has him up and eligible for a 10-year sentence if found guilty (of nothing).
Trump's ensh#ttification of our country continues.

The only thing standing in the way of these people imprisoning any innocent man that is convenient is that they haven't quite mastered the art of kangaroo courts yet.

I'm not saying it's practical to go through the motions for an impeachment, because you're right, the Dems don't have the numbers and the Repubs don't have the morals. But the fraudulent prosecution of Mr. Hearn is so wildly inappropriate that it's worthy of an impeachment.
