Christians have long since come to terms with separating their faith from politics.

But some liberals and atheists haven't.

When you quote the Bible, are you saying you believe the person you're referring to is actually Christ, the Son of God who was born according to ancient prophecy and walked the earth teaching and performing miracles? You keep talking about the last five years as if that proves something. You're missing my point. I'm talking about the next five, ten, or twenty years. I believe mailed in ballots (excluding absentee ballots) will eventually become a serious problem for America. They nearly were on January 6, 2021. We should see that as a warning.

The Capitol break-in was the direct result of a lack of trust in the election results. A lot of Americans mistrusted those results not because Fox or Trump told them to, but because they have minds of their own. Many still do.

I can't explain it any better than that. If you don't agree with my concerns, that's fine. I'm projecting into the future based on my gut feelings, experience, and beliefs about human nature.

I live with it every day. I don't deny what I feel. I simply choose not to act on it. There's a difference between suppression and self-control.

People who aren't gay don't really understand how complex it is.

It isn't simply attraction. It's my own personal male identity (same as any man), but it's also physical and emotional attraction to other men.

I've made peace with it and with God.

Just because I don't cry and moan about it doesn't mean I'm suppressing anything.
