Republicans passed tax cuts for the wealthy and attempted to repeal (and NOT) replace the ACA 70 times!

Sure, the silence has been noted how Gavin Newsom is at the center of not one, but three or four nepo cases and I haven't seen anyone post on those threads.
Certainly no one has said "prosecute" Gavin, infact DonorBot defends California's grifting.
