Due process is a fundamental human right. Fundamental human rights belong to all humans not just Americans.

Perhaps you are not human so that why you don't care about them?

They could have just as easily been stopped by disabling the engines and we would now know exactly who they are and what they were up to but that would not do for an authoritarian dictator wannabe who lives in a world of lies.
