More: During a welcoming ceremony in Tokyo Tuesday, Donald Trump appeared to forget where he was going as he walked through a room filled with dignitaries and a military band, at one point even leaving Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi behind.

It's another example of the president's ongoing cognitive decline and health issues, which are becoming more apparent with each of his public appearances.

Wow. This scene reminded me of a zombie film. The US President is a walking cadaver. I'm surprised Dummkopf Trumpf didn't stumble on the two little steps. Kim Jong-un must have enjoyed watching this with his afternoon light refreshments of coffee, biscuits, and cigarettes while his people are starving.

There. I put Joe Biden's name in the thread.

"Gargh!"

I blame the handler, running gawkily beside, in flats.

Paging Stephen Miller!

The Repubs tried to make these claims with Biden by using dishonestly edited or presented videos that made it seem like there was nobody there when in reality he was addressing people.

Is that what's happening here? Or did he really wander off?

Let's not debase ourselves to the bottom basement level of dishonesty and lack of integrity and character that maga shows.

Trump does not do well at these boring but obligatory occasions. My impression is that he just wanted to get it over with and get back to his deal making.

During an official welcome ceremony in Tokyo, US President Donald Trump appeared to walk briskly ahead of Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi, briefly leaving his host trailing during the review of an honor guard. The footage, amid their first face-to-face since Takaichi took office as Japan's first female leader, has taken social media by storm, with many comparing Trump to Biden during his last term as U.S. President. ...

This Video Of President Trump Trying To Walk Around The Japanese Guard Has People Noticing...A Few Very Interesting Things
www.yahoo.com

... And people noticed a few very interesting things while he reviewed the guards during the ceremonial inspection of the guards.

It starts with Sanae motioning Trump to keep moving after he stands in front of the band: ...

Then there's another angle where Trump salutes when he didn't need to:

Next, he walks past the Japanese and American flags, where he's supposed to bow.

Rightfully so, this shocks the prime minister. Here's a clearer look:
...

The article has the images of all these apparent faux pas made by Pres Trump, which see for a fuller understanding.

Yeah, well, he resembles nothing so much to me as that NYCity gangster who pretended to be crazy to avoid prison. Trump isn't crazy, he just doesn't care to toe the line when the line is drawn by a woman. He is even more misogynistic than he is racist.

1) You do realize that this was a year ago or more?

2) You do realize that Trump is president. Like, right now.

3) You do realize that Trump did an equally bad job in the debate?

4) You do realize that a man with Trump's evident, obvious, in-your-face cognitive and psychological issues shouldn't be in a position of power?

5) Do we realize that you realize nothing? Yeah.

Watching the video I see Trump awkwardly salute the American flag and either 1)forget what the protocol was and simply continue walking slowly assuming the PM is with him, 2)totally disrespecting the Japanese flag and military and continue walking slowly letting the PM do her thing and not wanting to be involved, or 3)knowing he has balance issues and may fall over or at least stumble attempting a bow, preferring to look like an awkward old man wandering away than an awkward old man falling down.

Trump's "World Dementia Tour" continues ...

#28 | Posted by AMERICANUNITY at 2025-10-29 10:52 AM | Reply

Another highlight from Trump's World Dementia Tour:

President Donald Trump on Tuesday told U.S. troops in Japan, "I'd love to have your job" quite the bold statement considering the president has been called a draft dodger for a claim of foot bone spurs that allowed him to avoid service during the Vietnam War.

Compared to all the other stuff, this gaffe seems like a pointless distraction. He's probably jetlagged, and anyone who's ever done choreography knows it can be difficult to remember if you only go over it once.

But hey, never mind that half the white house has been demolished, another squirrel!

Based on the video, it seems like Trump spaces out for a moment, forgets where he is, and simply starts wondering off.

It's dementia and it's hitting fast. On a national stage.

Perhaps Trump's minders calculated they might as well try and divert attention from Old Yeller's Epstein mess by subjecting him to a world distraction tour, similar in cause and effect to Nixon's peregrinations when Watergate really turned sour. But some historical memories are painfully short. The fact is, Nixon's migrations did him no good, and it's hard to see how putting Trump on display can in any way accomplish much beyond setting off alarm bells about the state of the mental and physical health of Mr. Person Woman Man Camera TV.
