Southern Poverty Law Center's interim CEO Bryan Fair claimed in a Tuesday video that the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) is investigating the organization and possibly preparing criminal charges. "Although we don't know all the details," Fair said in a video posted to the organization's YouTube account, "the focus appears to be on the SPLC's prior use of paid confidential informants to gather credible intelligence on extremely violent groups."

When you attack the messenger, it means you have no good argument.

But here are some from your liberal sources.

The current Department of Justice Office of Public Affairs website is a 'liberal source'? LOL!

Re: #2

Meanwhile, from the 'liberal source' you cited (www.justice.gov):

"A conviction will result in the forfeiture of financial gains from the alleged illegal activities.

Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche and FBI Director Kash Patel made the announcement in Washington.

The details contained in the civil forfeiture complaint are allegations only."

To paraphrase your comment:
When you don't read your cited source, it means you have no good argument.

FBI Director Kash Patel aka J Edgar Boozer

The DOJ press release says FBI Director Kash Patel alleged the funds were used in ways that had extremist groups "facilitate the commission of state and federal crimes," and it says the indictment accuses SPLC of "manufacturing racism to justify its existence." In other words, they "used donor money to pay KKK to stage fake hate crimes" apparently to divide communities and especially cause hate within black people.

It's always been the Democrats..

BREAKING: Kash Patel is reportedly threatening to sue anyone who calls him "J. Edgar Boozer."

- manufacturing racism

Laughable... as if racism needs to be manufactured among the Nazis the SPLC exposes.

This is just more political pandering to the Republican white nationalist racist Base... plus their field hands like Boaz.

Of course it is.

Current speculation is that Trump sees the writing on the wall and wants to do as much damage as he can in the next seven months.
