Such a waste. No need to spend all that every year. The US Navy has made over 270 nuclear reactors ($1,3Billion), run by high school kids.
Having over 500 reactor cores on 210 ships.

Just about one year of solar spending, and you could power CA for almost ever on cheap nuclear fuel. That doesn't even include the benefits to scaling up manufacturing.

Every penny of solar electricity is free. It's the panels that cost money.

Just like if you bought a rain barrel to gather rain for your garden.

Are you going to tell me the rain isn't free?

Even if you're going to include the cost of the panels as your electricity cost (which it isn't, because it adds value to your home) you're still going to own them and then have free electricity from that point, which will NEVER happen if you stick to fossil fuels.
