Women could be paid "baby bonuses" of $5,000 as part of plans by the Trump administration to drive up birth rates.

Baby bonus of $5000 & menstrual cycle classes are among ideas Trump considers as he aims to boost US birthrate.
But these ideas dont address the real problems-kids cost a lot. $5000 doesn't begin to cover child care, housing costs, all the needs of each child

Women of the desirable "reproducers" type are reluctant to have babies because it will require them to give up their careers and they know not to depend on men's cultural mood swings for their economic wellbeing, let alone a child's... as for the rest?... conservatrons will treat like dirt same as they do now.

Better benefits and protections for working moms (parents in general) would convince women to have more children.
