Oh Claudia, you poor simp, you don't understand that people are mirrors. Treat them with respect and that will reflect back at you. You wanna know why minorities dislike white people? Look in the mirror, it's Karens like you and other MAGAts who give the rest of us a bad name. Giving them grief for not speaking perfect English when most of you poorly educated MAGAts can barely be understood in the only language you know. You are why minorities hate white people.
A few years ago my partner and I caught a murder case where the victim was a black kid. It was a real whodunit. We didn't know the victim's identity for several hours until a fingerprint scanner became available. This young man had a troubled life, but he was his mom and dad's only child, and the loved him, and miss him to this day. His mom was from the south. In our first meeting, she looked at us doubtfully and asked if we, two white cops, were going to solve her son's murder. We promised that we would turn over every stone and do our absolute best. A week later, after 80 hours spent, we had the two murderers in jail. We convicted them both for first degree murder. His mom sends me a text or two every couple of months to stay in touch. She became close to my partner and me. She never doubted our word when we gave it, and we worked just as hard for him and his family as if he was rich white kid. We earned their respect.
Nowadays, I have an easy time talking to anyone on the street. The other day, I arrested this young black woman for shoplifting. Two days later my team was at her apartment dealing with her brother who was having a bad trip. He didn't trust us, but SHE VOUCHED FOR ME BEING COOL WITH HER because I treated her with respect. Her brother was then willing to work with me, and I got him to calm down and go to bed. That's my story, husband to an immigrant wife whose immigrant friends all love me. Friend, confidant, teammate, trainer for every minority in our agency. Treat people as you would have them treat you, and you get back what you put in.
