On topic, Trump like the King of Coup; he was doing it when he lost to Biden, and he's doing it for the Oligarchs now.

He's their, 'good boy' doggy. He will take the lawsuits against him and them to HIS Supreme Court, and we'll see just how loyal HIS own doggy John Roberts is.

The richest man in the world, who is one of the biggest government contractors, is unelected, unappointed to any Congressionally recognized or authorized position, without any security check has gained forcible access to the governments payment system giving him uncheck access to every American's data and untold amount of information on his competitors has also taken over the entire government staffing office, is firing people without authority or legal basis is threatening criminal action and investigation anyone blocking his efforts and is being supported in those threats by the US Attorney for Washington DC, who by the way is threatening individuals who have criticized Elon Musk on twitter.

To say this unprecedented is a gross understatement.

And Dems are planning on mid-terms or court cases to save us.

Exactly as I predicted.

Oh and Musk is accessing classified information, disseminating it to 18 to 24 year old interns AND he is calling federal agencies criminal, which is being echoed by US Senators, meaning his declaration will become reality for those who work at USAID and elsewhere-for doing their jobs.

The next step will be the Trump adminstration refusing to honor court rulings that go against them:

Musk has made sweeping and aggressive declarations about what else must change about the US government, indicating where he might strike next. He stated on Monday: "Activist judges must be removed from the bench or there is no justice[.]"

Then it's on to an abortion drug ban.

Reportedly fed staffers are reporting that a Musk acolyte is rewriting code for a "mission critical" federal program. The staffers who monitor and create the code don't know who he is or even his name and only know him as "Fred" and are trying to monitor Fred to make sure he doesn't destroy the program.

Yes, those will be the next public facing actions, but I think they may have already ignored the judges' rulings saying that they can't freeze federal funding across the board. I think they may be experimenting/practicing with shutting off certain funding streams.

Courts can say what they want to to Trump, but he has the, "let them enforce it!" attitude attributed to Andrew Jackson.

He thinks that as long as he is CinC, he will have the last word in American Government.

Well, if Herr Musk lets him.

@#44 ... you mean like when Biden ignored the Supreme Court multiple times? ...

Here's one I found ...

Fact Check: Did Biden Ignore Supreme Court Over Student Loan Forgiveness? (July 2024)
www.newsweek.com

... President Joe Biden's plans to introduce multi-billion dollar student loan forgiveness schemes have faced repeated backlash from Republican opponents and rejection from the Supreme Court.

In 2023, the Court ruled against a plan put forward by Biden's administration, estimated to cost $400 billion, that would have cut up to $20,000 for borrowers.

However, according to Republican Ohio Representative Jim Jordan, the Biden administration has forged ahead, despite the Supreme Court's rejection, ignoring its ruling.

A post on X, formerly Twitter, by Rep. Jim Jordan, on July 2, 2024, viewed 575,100 times, said: "President Biden: No one is above the law.

"Also President Biden: Ignore the Supreme Court and watch me illegally forgive student loans."

It's true that the Biden administration has taken steps to reduce payments for citizens with student debt despite a Supreme Court ruling voting against a much wider plan in June 2023.

However, these new plans do not ignore the ruling by the Supreme Court as they are narrower in scope. ...
