As I've said many times, I think it's up to each sport to decide how those differences should be considered for transgender athletes.

It shouldn't take an Act of Congress. But then again, the MLB Antitrust Exemption does take an Act of Congress, so maybe that's just how petty we are about Sports. Though I just looked it up and the MLB Antitrust Exemption was actually decided by the Supreme Court, who ruled the Sherman Antitrust Act doesn't apply to Major League Baseball.

Unfortunately, the legitimate concerns surrounding this issue have been utterly co-opted by bigots.

I absolutely agree that it should not be the case that trans women come to dominate all women's sports.

But if it were up to Republicans, Title IX wouldn't even exist, and there wouldn't even be women's sports.

By law, students are required to be provided accommodation.
How do we accommodate the fact that trans people exist, and want to play competitive sports?

Do schools now get three rounds of Title IX funding, for Mens Sports, Womons Sports, and Trans Sports? And required to spend equally on Trans Sports as the other two?
