$10 billion is $30 from every man, woman, and child in our nation.

A small price to pay for the greatness of our Dear Orange Leader.

It is my understanding that the President decides if the Federal Government will agree to a settlement of a lawsuit of this type.

Is this what you voted for magat scum? For Piggy to just gift himself $10 Billion?

FTA

But Trump has reportedly made similar moves in the recent past: The New York Times reported in October that Trump sought $230 million from the Department of Justice as compensation for its past investigations into him.

This is what I was thinking of, this MIGHT be different as a suit against the DoJ vs the IRS. The DoJ thing is a wrongful prosecution restitution law, so the DoJ can decide the payment, I think

$10 billion? Why not $40 billion?

Straight into his Qatari bank account.

Republicans won't make a peep about this.

Most will support him.

I'm surprised he doesn't keep a gofundme account open at all times.

"Straight into his Qatari bank account. Republicans won't make a peep about this."

$melania just got a $28 million "licensing fee".

Remember when Republicans lost their mind at the thought of a First Lady making $100,000? Or a President's offspring benefiting six figures?

Seems quaint, now.

@ronaldfilipkowski

Trump announced today that he was going to keep housing prices up, sued the US taxpayers for $10B, threatened Canada, made a few dozen posts about how he won in 2020, posted about prosecuting Obama for treason, then went to a movie about his wife that Bezos spent $75 million on.

I have never been a Buffoon fan dating back decades before he became a political character. That said, this is gross beyond words. The g*d d**n m***********g president of the US is f*****g suing the f******g he purportedly leads for f*****g billions! Did you see that? Did you connect to that? The f*****g president sued his government. G** D**n. I don't know any more disgusting words for this.

I cannot imagine how any person can support this.

He's treating the treasury as his personal piggy bank anyway. This seems like little more than his own internal justification for additional theft.

Republicans, remember: You asked for this. Given the choice between a dozen solid conservatives and one Clinton-supporting con-artist and game-show host, you chose the con-artist. You chose him freely. Nobody made you do it.

"The IRS wrongly allowed a rogue, politically-motivated employee to leak private and confidential information about President Trump, his family, and the Trump Organization to the New York Times, ProPublica and other left-wing news outlets," a spokesman for Trump's legal team said."

I hope the spokesman is happy....because they're likely working for free.

Trump is America.

America first means Trump first.

Not Americans First. MTG figured this out and is on a fast track to some form of sanity.

There is still some time for other Trumpers to do the same before it's too late.

The IRS wrongly allowed

No, they prosecuted the person who did it like they should.

Meanwhile Pedo47 allowed Elmo to steal all our personal information to sell off. I am going to sue for eleventy billion dollars.

"$10 billion? Why not $40 billion?"

He probably asked that question before they filed this.

Let's pretend this isn't Trump who's had his private information leaked by an employee working for the IRS.

Let's pretend it's anyone else. They are entitled to the privacy and even Trump is entitled to it although we all wish the privacy didn't exist for him.

Trump will likely be awarded something....but I hope it's $1.

He won't take any money, it is a lesson for the IRS not to be weaponized. And when he doesn't but wins the case you morons will avoid that story like the plague and a tooth brush. Someday when you losers are not listed as dependents on someone else's tax returns you'll understand why this case matters.

#33 Remember when Rachael Madcow exposed them in what was supposed to be the "big drum roll reveal"? It was once again a big nothing burger for the left and actually showed that his charitable giving and tax percentage was higher than Obama, Biden and Clinton combined.

That's literally all he's been doing since being sworn in.

He set up a Qatari bank account to dump his wealth into so it could remain hidden from us.

How can you be so stupid?

When did you decide you hate America, when a Black man won the presidency?

#39 | Posted by ClownShack at 2026-01-30 01:44 PM | Reply

The idea that Trump led anybody in charitable giving or taxes paid is hilarious. Obama paid $1.8 million in taxes during a year in his presidency and donated $1 million while in office. Trump paid $750 in taxes in 2017 and claims charitable donations that were actually from his foundation, which was funded largely by other people.
