What is a "Universal mail-in" ballot? One without a chain of custody? Absentee ballots, which have at least some CoC, still work today.
Why would people be in favor of no chain of custody, but in favor of random ballots being sent in?

I'm shocked that % is so high.
But......again (I've dismissed these polls before) it's not likely Americans really care that much about this issue.
It's clear the GOP has an agenda on this and so do the dems and I side with the dems in objecting to one. If there were real documented cases of voter fraud that impacted the outcome of an election, then I'd consider jumping on the other side of the issue.
But if this was a real serious issue to folks, then the democrats who are fighting against voter ID would be worried about losing their seats.
They're not.......and why? Because their constituents, who overwhelmingly seem to support voter ID, don't care enough about the issue to shift their support elsewhere.
