Five years ago, Virginia amended its constitution to create the Virginia Redistricting Commission, a bipartisan body to draw districts.

Voters approved it.

Now, we're being told those same districts are suddenly "unfair" and need to be redone.

Using Texas as the excuse doesn't work.

Voters approved this change too.

It's called an Amendment.

It was done by a Referendum that Passed.

Texas used a supermajority in the legislature to push their Redistricting through like normal Legislation to benefit the Republican majority. They threatened to imprison the Democrats who fled the state to prevent them from getting enough votes to bring this to a vote, by denying them a Quorum.

Less Democratic by Far.

Too bad, BJ Boi, So Sad.

He's proven it time and time again.

Here in Fla. King DeSatan is pushing through his own egregiously partisan map. No vote, no debate, no input, he just wrote his own wish list. Republicans suck.

Run of the mill fascism has always been very attractive to Republicans, since they really don't have much faith in a democratic process unless they can rig it or retain first refusal rights on results they don't like.

Seems to have worked just fine.

Virginia is still for Lovers.

Maga maroons want to play games ?

Let's play!

And yes you should be worried.

Accountability is coming!

Donner,

"Accountability is coming!"

I agree.

Where ever there is fraud, it should be exposed.

I always took great pride in keeping my accounting records for companies as accurate as possible despite what owners said to me.

One owner said, "You do realize your job is to put as much money in my pocket as possible."

I answered, "It's also my job to keep records straight for both you and your companies best interest".

My job was frequently in a strange position between doing my job well and still stay employed or being an accessory.

My point is I dislike fraud.

However, don't kid yourself it only goes on with Republicans.

I've seen Democrats, professing Christians and Republicans skim and worse.

And CPA's know about it and cover it up.

But...do not kid yourself it's a Republican thing.

And the same thing goes on in politics.

Lying, cheating and playing the system is happening on both sides.

- I dislike fraud.

"As of April 2026, Donald Trump has been convicted by a jury in one criminal case and found liable in multiple civil cases that involved claims of fraud or abuse.

The most notable conviction by a jury occurred in the Manhattan "hush money" trial, which legally centered on felony business fraud.1. Manhattan Criminal Case (Falsifying Business Records)

On May 30, 2024, a Manhattan jury found Donald Trump guilty on 34 felony counts of falsifying business records [1, 2], marking the first time a former U.S. president was convicted of felony crimes [2].

The Verdict: The jury concluded that false records were used to conceal a "hush money" payment intended to influence the 2016 election [1, 2]"

You must REALLY dislike Trump, right?

I mean, not only Business Fraud, but using the money to pay off a woman because her testimony could have influenced the Election?

No wonder you don't pander to him and obfuscate for him on these threads!

Donald Trump became the first former president to be convicted of felony crimes Thursday as a New York jury found him guilty of all 34 charges in a scheme to illegally influence the 2016 election through a hush money payment to a porn actor who said the two had sex.

One side is doing the lion's share of the lying, cheating and playing the system in the current Republican-led Federal government.

Trump's family is ten billion dollars richer since inauguration.

That's the kind of fraud you just don't care about. You won't even comment on it.

You're a nothing.

You don't really believe all fraud should be exposed, when pressed on the specific examples.

You're lying.

And it doesn't seems like you realize it.

Snoofy,

What I said about Epstein is there would be political fallout.

Also, I asked is it America's role to expose the rest of the world?

The world of politics and financial deals depends on a degree of trust.

Exposing everyone's sexual proclivities would not be in America's best interest.

Only someone thinking at a very shallow level would fail to see the potential disaster.

That's all I have to say.

- Exposing everyone's sexual proclivities would not be in America's best interest.

When those include sexual abuse convictions, paying off over 2 dozen women's complaints, convictions for defaming one's victims, paying hush money to a porn star to save an election...

... being the Wingman Best Friend of a Pedophile Ring Leader, and having FBI Interviews of child victims accusing DJT of sex abuse... when does having someone with that history become not in America's best interests?

Much less supporting someone like that?

Why not?
What are some bad things that have happened to America because we found out someone's sexual proclivities?

Like Bill Clinton. Anything bad happen to America when that stuff came out?
Or knowing Reagan's First Lady was the Throat GOAT. The Throatus. Anything bad happen to America because we know Nancy goes whole hog?

Just give us the run-down on how you ended up thinking it would be bad for America if we unmask a sex trafficking ring.
Let's say it was happening in the basement of Comet Pizza. Would you still want Hillary and Huma's crimes to remain secret?

The disaster is these psychopaths remaining in power.

People will have their own opinions on why BillJohnson doesn't want sex traffickers to be named and shamed and brought to justice.

I don't think they're going to be favorable opinions.

Alex,

By "everyone", I am primarily referring to other nations.

Is it America's role to expose people around the world?

What is going on in America...well...I'm glad it's not my decision.

However, I will say this feels vaguely like some liberals who think gays should be outed if they've ever said anything negative about gays.

Who made YOU judge and jury?

I'm not pursuing this insanity any further.

Any attempt to call me a pro-rapist is stupid and anyone with a brain would know that.

Using this thread to frame the conversation in such a way to implicate me as supporting Epstein is nonsense that I will not participate in.

Also, we're not talking about "everyone."

It's a small organization that groomed girls and handed them out as party favors to their rich and powerful friends.

But I must admit, I am intrigued by your assertion that if we learn about people's "sexual proclivities" as you so delightfully described turning out teenage runaways, it's not in America's best interests. When we learned Alan Dershowitz exposed himself to Maria Farmer on Epstein Island, as Americans, how were our interests compromised?

Wow. So foreign child rapists ought to be afforded the courtesy of discretion when raping American kids. Nice morals!

"However, I will say this feels vaguely like some liberals who think gays should be outed if they've ever said anything negative about gays."

Whatever that means I have no clue. Here's what I think. I think people who run sex trafficking rings should be outed.

You keep talking about this with your "gay" and "sexual proclivities" language like this is a "sex" thing.
Rape isn't a "sex" thing, and it's icky that you keep talking about "rape" like it's "sex."
