Iranian negotiators will stop exchanging messages with the U.S. through intermediaries, and Tehran will move to fully close the Strait of Hormuz, in retaliation for ongoing ceasefire violations, Iran's state-affiliated news outlet Tasnim said Monday.

Everything is fine. Nothing to see here. We are just weeks away. We have plenty of gas. So don't be selling any oil stocks. (Wait until I, King Trumpy, give the go ahead!)

Negotiations are proceeding in a timely manner.

We have the concepts of an idea of a thought of a dream and a hope and a prayer of a memorandum of a theory of a belief and it will be presented in just two weeks!

In just two weeks...

Just two weeks! And Everything will be back to "normal" (before King Trumpy) kicked the hornets nest.

Exxon and Chevron Are Warning That Oil Prices Could Skyrocket in the Coming Weeks.
finance.yahoo.com

... Global oil inventory levels are approaching the danger zone.

Exxon's Neil Chapman warned that: "You can debate whether that's going to hit, those really low levels, in two weeks or three weeks. Once you get to that point, then you'll see the price shoot up."

Chevron's CEO Mike Wirth made a similar comment: "Over the next few weeks, we're likely to see those pressures flow through more directly to physical prices, and there's more upward pressure that I would expect as we get into June and certainly into July."

Chapman speculated that once oil inventories reach their all-time lows, Brent could skyrocket to $150 to $160 a barrel, surpassing its all-time high.

Others in the oil market have issued similar warnings.

JPMorgan previously cautioned that Brent could spike above $150 if the supplies through the Strait of Hormuz remained disrupted through mid-May.

Meanwhile, Goldman Sachs modeled a severely adverse scenario where crude prices could top $140 a barrel if the Strait of Hormuz doesn't fully recover by the end of July and there are issues bringing oil supplies back online across the Middle East. ...

They have either believed his lies or agree to support low prices as long as they can to keep oil investors in the money as long as possible. Awaiting his signal to divest short or sell.

When the dam bursts it won't be fun for any of us hoi polloi. But wealthy oil investors will probably be just fine.

The global oil storage inventories are diminishing. Those inventories have served as a buffer against the reduced supply through the Strait of Hormuz.

As the article notes, fortunately, the global inventories were high when Pres Trump started his war of choice.

But now, they are moving toward record low levels.

That seems to be what is triggering the concern of Exxon and Chevron.

Iran has attacked commercial ships in the Persian Gulf after announcing that talks with the US are now completely suspended, which comes as Israel announces evacuations in Beirut's suburbs as they plan to strikes Hezbollah forces within the Dahiyeh suburbs.

Iran has announced plans to conduct military actions if Israel conducts strikes in the area. this all comes only hours after the President of the US announced that people are criticizing him way too much and a deal is just around the corner.

At this point I am not sure there really was ever any "negotiation ".

A "negotiation" generally does not include bombs and missiles.

Trumpy was pretending to negotiate when he started this whole friggin thing by killing all their leaders.

Why on earth would you even think they are willing to "negotiate" after all that and after what Trumpy has done and said?

Ask yourself. Would you?
