Intimidation has become this regimes weapon of choice. Killing or arresting peaceful protestors. Arresting alleged vandals on very thin charges. Masked jack boots marching in the streets of DC. Sending agents out against dissenters. Threats of kangaroo courts and trumped up charges against enemies. ...A slow descent to authoritarianism, not so different from 1930's Germany.

I have no idea, but it always raises suspicion when parts are left out. It would be a big assumption to think there may not be more to why they tracked him down. If there's nothing to the claims against him, then DHS was wrong for what they did.
