Jill Stein: How and Why I Will Stop Kamala Harris Winning the White House

Muslim and Arab Americans are flocking to the Green Party because of Democrat support for Israel's wars, Stein says.

More from the article...

... Kamala Harris cannot win the presidential election because she has lost the crucial support of Muslim and Arab Americans in key battleground states, Jill Stein has said.

The Green Party leader has placed Israel's wars with Hamas and Hezbollah front and center of her campaign"with potentially devastating effect for the Democrats.

There's been a spike in support for her among the Muslim and Arab American communities that polling shows could deny Harris victory in several swing states -- and present a path to the White House for Donald Trump. The Greens are seeing particularly strong support in Michigan and Wisconsin -- two key swing states that look likely to go to the wire.

"The Democrats cannot win without the support of the Muslim American community. And that community has left the station and is not coming back unless the Democrats decide that it's more important to them to win the election than it is to conduct the genocide," Stein said in an interview with Newsweek.

"So they have to do a 180 on the genocide and they don't appear willing to do that. They could win those votes back, but it doesn't look like that's on the cards. So it looks like they are sacrificing several swing states." Israel denies it is conducting genocide.

She said the U.S. must "rein Israel in" before there is a possible ground invasion of Lebanon and all-out war in the Middle East. Stein's interview with Newsweek took place two days before an Israeli airstrike on Beirut killed Hassan Nasrallah, the Hezbollah leader. ...

I'm sure those Muslims will find President Trump's Middle East policy more to their liking. LOL!

Jill Stein 2024!

Stein didn't even know how many members are in the House and the Senate - guessing "Congress" had 600. Too many people in America are just too damn stupid.

US Muslim group endorses Harris, says Trump bigger danger

U.S. Muslim advocacy group Emgage Action on Wednesday endorsed Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris despite its ongoing concern over the war in Gaza, saying former President Donald Trump posed a greater danger with his promise to reinstate travel restrictions affecting majority-Muslim countries. ...

At least now Greens admit that their goal is to cost Dems the election to the benefit of the GOP. Every single time.

@#5

Yeah, that's what it is looking like to me.

A Trump win would quickly lead to civil unrest that could ultimately boil over into guerrilla warfare or a hot "civil war" in certain regions of the country. In turn, the downward spiral and breakdown of internal law and order would soon cause a re-evaluation of how much military assistance America could reliably provide to Israel for the continuation of its terrorization and slaughter of ME civilians.

Such a dire situation in America may be best for the long-term interests of the Muslims of the Middle East, much to the detriment of many clueless Americans and Israelis who have been conditioned over the past 3 generations to cheer on the evils of zionism, but blowback has always been a bitch.

Boy, what you been smoking?

No one is going to civil war if Trump wins an election.

And certainly no one cares enough about Trump winning due to Muslim votes to change our national policy towards Israel and Muslim terrorism. If anything, banning immigrants from Muslim nations seems far more likely (but also not going to happen).

#13 | Posted by censored at 2024-09-30 09:45 PM

No one is going to civil war if Trump wins an election.

Only one candidate in 248 years of US history has REFUSED to concede a free and fair election, admit defeat and peacefully transition to the winner AND INCITED A VIOLENT COUP IN AN ILLEGAL ATTEMPT TO REMAIN IN POWER and it is the orange diaper sniper who should be sitting in jail over his actions AND have been convicted in his impeachment in the Senate.

The only thing worse than a war monger is an incompetent one. Kamala is the one that wins that title. She has a history of trying to portray herself as something she is not. Yeah she is a zero and bad and the world knows it.

Good luck with that, you Putin-loving egomaniac.

BTW, here's a new poll from Cook Political report of over 2900 likely voters in swing states. Harris is leading in all but one, and has increased her leads since last month (Apple key + or Ctrl + to make it bigger):

They said that leading Democrats is like herding cats. Lots of independent thinkers in the Dem Party tent. You cannot do more to show respect for both Israel and Palestine and still win a national election than Harris. Stein risks losing it for Arab Americans by potentially diminishing Democratic votes in key swing states like Michigan and Wisconsin, which could helo Trump get the electoral college votes he needs. What a waste of votes. Trump will help Israel's Hasidic colonies in Palestine and will use his real "diplomatic" talents to instill public respect for natives of the mid-East and Arab Americans. Sure!

#35 | Posted by Augustine at 2024-10-03 06:07 AM

At least Stein is admitting now she is running solely on unearned hubris and RNC money and Russian help. Why won't she answer why she was photographed dining with Putin in 2016, at the same table as Flynn

There is no difference between her and a nut job that says either they get to fly a passenger plane or they will open the emergency hatch mid-flight.

#46 | Posted by chuffy at 2024-10-04 10:35 AM

It's an understandable tactic.

She knows she can't win. But in order to influence policy, she can threaten a much worse outcome, an outcome no sane person wants.

And she's right, we do need to stop thinking of Israel as an ally, as long as the apartheid and genocide continue they are an enemy nation and should be treated as such. If our policy was actually going to take our true national interest into account we'd have declared a no-fly zone over Gaza a year ago and sent several thousand troops in blue helmets as part of a UN peacekeeping force to stop Israel. Instead we can't even stop sending them the bombs they use to blow up hospitals.

We're doing the right thing in Ukraine, we're sending weapons to the victims of Putin's aggression. We need to do the same in the Middle East. At the very least we need to stop supplying the bad guys.

So let's hope her tactic works. Supporting genocide isn't good for America, and ultimately isn't good for Israel.

Her tactic to elect someone who does whatever bibi wants?

How does it help palestinians to have someone MORE pro israel than harris or biden in the white house?

#48 | Posted by SpeakSoftly at 2024-10-04 03:11 PM

She has no tactic trump and Putin have one which is use the idiot to get votes diverted away from Harris.

And unless you're living in a deep red state voting for her is helping trump.

FTR not even Kansas is deep red this year.

Mainstream political commentary in the US wildly exaggerates the differences between Democrats and Republicans while greatly downplaying the differences between Democrats and anti-war leftists like Stein. Both sides do this- the Republican political-media class frames Democrats as a bunch of far-left Marxists, while the Democrat political-media class frames the differences between themselves and the antiwar left as so trivial that they should obviously expect the left to vote for them.

In reality, Democrats and Republicans have far, FAR more in common with each other than either of them have with the "authentic" left-even if you include the furthest extremes allowed in the party. Bernie Sanders and Donald Trump are far closer to each other ideologically than Bernie Sanders is to someone who wants to dismantle the US war machine and military industrial complex that Americans have been indoctrinated to believe as normal and essential to our national security.

The obfuscation of these points by the mainstream political-media class is entirely deliberate, and can be explained by the Noam Chomsky quote "The smart way to keep people passive and obedient is to strictly limit the spectrum of acceptable opinion, but allow very lively debate within that spectrum." Unless you fully understand this quote and make it the lens through which you perceive all mainstream political discourse, you will never see western politics clearly- NEVER.

Jill Stein: How and Why I Will Stop Kamala Harris Winning the White House
Muslim and Arab Americans are flocking to the Green Party because of Democrat support for Israel's wars, Stein says.

Good PR stunt. Jill Stein wants you to think she can play a role of "spoiler." She is Jewish, so I guess they call it chutzpah, but she is not naive enough to think that her votes actually matter.

The thing is that no one thinks she has any chance to win anything anywhere, so the only votes she will get are the "protest" votes from "absolutists" against both Trump and Harris. Voting for President is not mandatory, so if she weren't in the race, these voters would register their protest with some other "name" on the ballot or none at all.

Hillary didn't lose in 2016 because of Jill Stein, Gore didn't lose in 2000 because of Ralph Nader (he would be President if he won either New Hampshire or his state of Tennessee), Bush didn't lose in 1992 because of Ross Perot - they lost because a number of people chose to vote for "other / none of the above" rather than for them... for whatever reasons.

You do understand that 1) these are not mutually exclusive, and 2) the "good Christian" Vladimir Putin is in cahoots with "good Muslim" Ayatollah Khamenei of Islamic Republic of Iran, so the end goals are the same?

Coincidentally (?), Trump recently said that he would "have to make a deal with Iran" and Trump is also a "good friend" of "good communist" Kim Jong Un and "good de facto dictator" Orban of Hungary - all friends of Putin.

* Orban aide said Hungary would have surrendered to Russian invasion and called Ukraine's decision to defend itself militarily "irresponsible."
* Six North Korean officers were killed and 3 more injured on the Russian frontline near the Donetsk region.
