Voicing opposition is one thing; threats are outrageous and should be condemned, no matter the source.

What threats? Here is the only claim of a threat in the linked article, which unhelpfully is not the Bluesky piece:
"The Woodlands indicated that they were receiving threats from people opposing Kyle speaking, so they withdrew their venue from the event."
That does not necessarily indicate violence. That does however match what is mentioned earlier in the article:
"How absolutely disgusting of The Woodlands. Never stepping foot in there again if this actually happens," another resident responded. "What the f"k??? Allowed that piece of --- here???" another said.
That could be seen as a "threat" to the business.
But it is not a threat of violence.
It is a threat of holding Woodlands accountable for their actions.
Also from the article, local Republicans know they are not popular: "The Republican Party of Luzerne County moved quickly to put distance between itself and the gathering, stating it had "no involvement, affiliation or connection" with the independent NEPA Republicans event." So the local Republicans are already distancing themselves from the little killer.
Here's another headline: PLAINS TWP. " Community outrage has jeopardized plans for a Republican rally featuring a keynote address from Kyle Rittenhouse after the venue, the Woodlands Inn and Resort, received threats against its staff, according to organizers with the NEPA Republicans group. www.citizensvoice.com
That's not a threat. That's civic participation.
