In America, we are now also the Bantus of apartheid-era "Law and Order" Suid-Afrika.
Before President Nelson Mandela successfully took charge of the country, rugby was mandatory for all white students attending school. More important though, all white males either had to serve two years in the military (the SADF) or four years in the South African Police Service (SAPS).
Last century in Johannesburg I was related this incident by some Afrikaaners.
The SAPS responded to an elderly Afrikaaner's phone call about a (black) trespasser on his property.
When the two SAPs arrived, they found a dead Bantu on the curtilage outside the man's house.
SAP 1: "Sir, did you fire off a warning shot?"
Confident elderly Boer: "No, I saw him there through the open window so I shot him once with my (double-barrel) shotgun."
SAP 2: "This is bad. Very bad. By law, you are not allowed to shoot someone just for being outside your home. And you didn't give him a warning shot either."
Now nervous elderly Boer: "Oh no! What am I going to do?"
SAP 1: "Sir, my partner and I will patrol the area to see if there are any other kaffirs lurking about and return directly."
The two SAPs drove around aimlessly when they heard the roar of a shotgun coming from the old man's house.
When they returned to the house a few minutes later, they saw a trail of blood leading through the man's open front door into the house, a double-barreled shotgun now housing two empty casings with wisps of smoke emanating from it, and a completely out of breath old man.
When the two SAPs drove away alone with their paperwork complete: "I'm just glad the ou man (altacocka) didn't suffer a blooming heart attack back there while we were driving around or we'd have had even more paperwork to do."
"Argh! Let'em starve! Stupid Somalis, poor people, and lib-ruls! Gargh!"
