An ICE agent is not rightfully the accuser, judge and executioner of anyone in these circumstances.

The deceased was not armed. The front wheels on the car looked like they were turned away from the ICE agent, apparently to avoid him, as she tried to move the car to allow traffic to pass.

The ICE agent involved did not appear to be injured in any manner. A video showed him walking away (with no apparent limp, or any other symptom of physical damage) from the scene of the crime.

Yet, Pres Trump has already given marching orders to his DoJ about the results he wants of their investigation.

With the footage and actions of ICE(Injuring Civilians and Everyone) it is pretty obvious that this was murder. One of the many reasons is that ICE refuses to cooperate with local law enforcement, unless they get surrounded by citizens rightfully attempting to defend themselves from their fascism. After having watched the ICE officer's video, you can see when he was jostled (NOT run over), but he was jostled because he was standing in the middle of the street looking at his phone, not paying attention to what was happening. It's AMAZING, after being "run over" he is still standing and managed to hold onto that phone. But according to the Rs here, it's a miracle he survived.

I've seen multiple video time-synched with this one. It appears to me that he fumbled his iPhone while going for his gun. Whatever the reason, though, there's no visual evidence that he was hit or even bumped by the car. You know what is clearly evident? She had the wheels turned away from the office and he was in no danger.

He was FURIOUS when she started to take off and it is clear to me that he killed her for it.
He called her a fking ----- after he shot and killed her.

The Trump admin actually posted this interaction video thinking it helped their case. It does not at all.

Of course they cut 10 seconds out of it and reposted it, taking down the original - but it was too late by then.
