An ICE agent is not rightfully the accuser, judge and executioner of anyone in these circumstances.

The deceased was not armed. The front wheels on the car looked like they were turned away from the ICE agent, apparently to avoid him, as she tried to move the car to allow traffic to pass.

The ICE agent involved did not appear to be injured in any manner. A video showed him walking away (with no apparent limp, or any other symptom of physical damage) from the scene of the crime.

Yet, Pres Trump has already given marching orders to his DoJ about the results he wants of their investigation.

I have no sympathy for anyone that decides to go to an area just to thwart law enforcement who are there to do their job. People can't seem to understand that these are not Trumps laws but have just been ignored by previous administrations. Also, why isn't DHS coordinating or even cooperating with state investigators?

With the footage and actions of ICE(Injuring Civilians and Everyone) it is pretty obvious that this was murder. One of the many reasons is that ICE refuses to cooperate with local law enforcement, unless they get surrounded by citizens rightfully attempting to defend themselves from their fascism. ICE works well with non-sanctuary cities.
