A man who was charged with throwing a sandwich at a federal agent was found not guilty of one count of misdemeanor assault after a jury trial in Washington, D.C.

And when the agent who was hit by the sandwich was testifying, he was asked how he was 'injured', and he said that the sandwich had been thrown hard enough that he felt it hit him through his body armor and that he could smell the onion and mustard.

This week keeps on getting better and better.

The "injured" officer testified the sandwich "exploded" all over him and he could smell the onions and mustard all day long (the horrors) however they offered no proof that it did and the video evidence shows the sandwich falling to the ground still in the wrapper and definitely not exploded.

Shouldn't there be some sort of perjury issue here?

Having that rejected by the grand jury, she went after him for a misdemeanor.

But the jury in that case wasn't buying what "Judge" Boxwine was trying to sell.
