There should be no doubt now that the young socialists/communists were the ones pulling the strings of Biden. Hence, they have tried to pardon themselves after they relentlessly tried to persecute Trump.

Those people are the real enemies of this nation.

December, 2020.
Jake Tapper asks President-elect Biden about the rumor that Trump may issue some preemptive pardons before leaving office.
Biden: You're not going to see me do that.

Democrats definitely shot themselves in the feet with statements like that, as well as huffing over anything that was "unprecedented". That said, no rational person could really blame him under the current circumstances of someone who previously abused his power threatening retribution as soon as he gets back into office.

We live in interesting times.

If they didn't break the Law ... They shouldn't accept a pardon but they will for the following reasons.

1. Fauci - Perjury while in Senate Testimony
2. Cheney - Witness tampering
3. Milley - Treason (contacting the Chinese while Trump was still in office)

Only goes to show they too are the lowest of the low.

But I'll leave you with this, our Government through Fauci funded the Wuhan Lab of virology who in turn either accidentally or purposely unleashed the single worst virus onto humanity and our tax dollars helped pay for it. The pardons will be challenged on the basis the Biden was non compos mentis. Also lawyers are drafting class action civil suit for Covid survivors and Jan 6 detainees. Not as exciting, Congress will investigate and subpoena and call to testify over and over, so there will be many opportunities for obstruction and perjury charges.

Generally I would be against these pardons - and still am. Because they did nothing wrong and that would be proven in a court of law.

But there lies the problem. These people would most likely have to defend themselves in such a setting - which would be time and money - in particular, a WASTE of both and make their lives miserable. And when you consider Trump (breaker of norms) says he would possibly come after them with his justice department, the question maybe should be why wouldn't you pardon these people. This is the world we live in with Donald Trump.

Trump, on the other hand, who considers himself a martyr - actually did commit acts worthy of having charges brought against him. He just believed he was above the law.

The pardons will be challenged ...

No they won't. Pardon is a core presidential power. The reason for exercising the power cannot be questioned. Thank the Buffoon for that.

Also lawyers are drafting class action civil suit ...

Not likely. Two fundamental elements of class actions are numerosity and commonality. The first might be met. The second probably not because criminal cases and illnesses are too individualized.

1. Should Trump have been impeached for events leading up to, including, and after J6?

2. Should Trump have been charged with not giving back/posessing classified documents?

The real reason Biden pardoned all those people is blatantly obvious as I've suggested before.

Biden desperately wanted to preempt all possibility of investigations into the Biden and Dem family conspiracies. Biden wanted to cover up all of his corrupt actions surrounding Jan 6 etc to protect their conspiracy.

The hypocrisy of Democrats on the pardon issue is obvious and is so typical of what they always do. Democrats on 12-2-2020 MSNBC Joy Reid and CSPAN were raging and theorizing Trump would issue blanket premptive pardons. Schumer said it would be illegal. Trump never issued such pardons, but the worst POTUS in history Biden did.

Can a US President pardon a US citizens that have not beed convicted of a crime?

No,
a US President cannot pardon individuals who have not been convicted of a Federal crime. The power to pardon, as outlined in Article II Section 2 of the US Constitution, is specifically for offenses against the United States AFTER conviction. This means the individual must have been legally charged and convicted before a pardon can be granted

Biden's pardons are not worth the paper they are written on

Biden's, pardons were necessary to protect the innocent from retribution by a criminal traitor President.

Trump's pardons were to protect his goons who were found guilty by multiple Courts of their peers all around the country from the Justice they received in the form of punishment for the crimes of which they were legitimately convicted.

This isn't rocket science.

Biden would have had to make no pardons for his family and others had not Trump threatened multiple times to take revenge on them through the kind of actual lawfare of directing his Dept Heads to pursue them.

JefftheP's whiny menstruations notwithstanding.

President Gerald Ford's pardon of President Richard Nixon

This was a very unique pardon was negotiated, attempting to avoid dragging the country through a morass of what its going through today.

Do you even read history?

President Jimmy Carter's pardon of Vietnam draft dodgers

This was not preemptive, the law that was broken was clear.

President George H.W. Bush's pardon of Caspar Weinberger,

Casper was charged.

Okay, were the Repubican Pardons to protect the guilty?

If you've noticed, the poster who screeches "Lawfare" the most was silent on this issue, just like he was regarding Trump's corruption ... although that's all he could scream when it was HRC's foundation.

And why for the Clinton foundation? Because donations dropped after Hillary lost the presidency. That was his barometer for "corruption" when the letter after the last name was a (D).

One thing I've noticed in the current era is ANY and ALL actions, no matter how corrupt, are justified by the left "because Trump".

#186 | Posted by BellRinger

Because that is a totally valid justification.

Trump pardoned people who broke the law on trump's behalf and whoever paid him bribe money.

Biden pardoned people who were under threat of undeserved prosecution by a fascist tyrant.

These things are not the same.

You are conflating the types of pardons these are.

The blanket pardons for the Biden crime family are without precedent (the Nixon pardon was such a unique circumstance that it doesn't apply). Had Biden limited his family pardons to the crimes for which Hunter had already been convicted I wouldn't be saying squat.

Further, no indictments against the Biden crime syndicate would happen without a grand jury being convened. I've been relentlessly lectured that the Biden family business ventures are the most open and ethical in the history of the world. Not even an iota of impropriety. So pure that the Red Cross is a mafia organization by comparison.

So, why the unprecedented blanket pardons? It makes no sense.

Probably none. It's rich privledge - and they all play it including Trump and family. Remember the billion dollars given to his son-in-law (oh, BTW, the Dems totally ingored it).

But you had Comer looking everywhere to pin it on the Bidens and came up with nothing (other than a gun charge and tax envasion which we already knew about).

You keep talking about it and show nothing.

Meanwhile, Trump was actually charged. You may not agree with it - but at least the Dems actually put something on the table (albeit WAY LATE).

In regards to Donald's "assassination attempts---

Yeah, there are questions about them that have never been answered, and if anyone thinks that Donald isn't capable of faking attempts on his life for personal gain....Even to the extent of getting other people killed...They are just very stupid human beings.

Yeah, there might be some unanswered questions but they're always will be. And yes, one can hold Trump in the lowest regard but one still has to think logically about how such a conspiracy would work

but those folks can never be counted on to think logically.

they think their hatred of Trump justifies being a complete ------ moron 24/7 of their entire lives.

One only has to find a competent stage magician to explain the first "assassination attempt".

You don't even need that to explain the second one.

One of Donald's great advantages is that few can believe that the man is as evil as he is.

So yeah. 50/50 that he staged these events and someone added real human blood for realism.

More than 50/50 that the man murdered Epstein in Federal custody.

-One only has to find a competent stage magician to explain the first "assassination attempt".

you want to die on this hill, nobody cares, Zed.

actual bullets and actual dead people.

but you call it "magic" indicating that it didn't really happen.

so, they aren't really dead?

50/50 is just a made up construct in your empty head.

#287 | Posted by eberly at 2025-01-22 09:35 AM | Reply

Your interpretation of "magic" is not what was meant, and what Zed said and his use of magic was specific and accurate. You can disagree with his assertion, of course, but you are missing the point.

I don't believe the assassination attempt was staged, however at that range I am surprised he missed. I chalk that up to nerves, adrenaline, etc.

I am bothered as hell that he was able to get up on the roof, that he was reported ahead of time, and so much more - and the SS didn't do anything.

All that and what appears to be a magically healed ear in no time for an elderly man - all that and more - makes this whole thing ripe for speculation and rumors.

" might be some unanswered questions but they're always will be."

You think? It will soon be completely forgotten and swept under the rug. So many unanswered questions! But very soon will be OBE.

"you want to die on this hill, nobody cares, Zed."

When you say nobody cares are you referring to yourself? Are you calling yourself nobody?

You obviously don't speak for everybody.

And I am sure old Zed is not gonna "die on this hill". Trumpy will provide many more hills to "die" on before it's all over. There will be plenty of hills to choose from for all of us to die on.

Look at how outraged the magaloids are at getting the revenge and retribution rug pulled out from under them.

So the blanket pardons had the exact effect I hoped it would.

A nice slap at the magaloids as Biden retires. And after hearing all the threats of revenge and the insults hurled at the outgoing president in the inauguration speech it was obviously the exact right move.

Of course. During his first term Trump went all in on domestic production. It takes time to explore the lease approved lands, discover oil or natural gas and then build the infrastructure to mine it. Those wells will run dry though. Which is what the left wants for no logical reason other than the climate change cult.
