Rush and Fox only sh@rt3d into existence because of the repeal of the fairness doctrine.

Your major shifts in thinking, management and exercise of power came during the boomer years.

That beloved stat of CEO to average worker earning? Relatively consistent through the 60s when it was the Silent Generation and tail end of the Greatest Generation running things. When things like pensions were the norm, loyalty was a two-way street and one salary could provide for a household.

But that ratio begins ticking up once the 30 and 40 something Boomers start moving into upper-level and executive management during the 70s and 80s. It only accelerates from there.

Now guess when cost cutting and price reduction by offshoring began...

Yup. In the 60s it began with larger firms but took off in earnest during the 70s and 80s with significant acceleration during the 90s and 2000s as jobs became less about hands manufacturing and production work and more about computers and tech. Also under...Boomers.

Who drove the breaking of our politics in the 90s with the "Contract with America" and the winner takes all political warfare model? Gingrich Republicans. Again, boomers.

Who oversaw the massive expansion of college costs along with simultaneous reductions of education spending? Boomers.

Name me a major shift in our societal approach to overall wellbeing and care for future generations that didn't happen under boomer leadership.

See, right on cue:

"'Alarm bells': New poll is bad for Trump"

Like they give two s*&^s.

The Democratic Party has officially gone full asylum. Not the good kind with walls and doctors. The kind where everyone's screaming, nobody's in charge, and the guy with the crayon is writing policy.
Here's what they proudly stand for now.
Open borders
Not "secure but fair." Not "legal immigration." Just vibes and chaos. If you even whisper the word border, they act like you personally pushed a migrant off a cliff. A nation without borders is just a garage sale with a flag.
Men in women's sports
Because nothing says progress like destroying women's achievements in the name of feelings. They spent decades screaming about equality just to let a dude with a beard and a vertical jump erase it in one season. Gold medals now come with an apology letter.
Kids making permanent decisions
You can't rent a car, vote, or take a Tylenol at school, but sure, let a confused child make irreversible medical choices. Parents are villains. Bureaucrats are heroes. And if you question it, you're labeled every word ending in ist.
Defund the police
Until someone steals their laptop. Then suddenly they want the full SWAT team, drones, helicopters, and a therapist on standby. They hate cops in theory and worship them in emergencies.
Free everything
College. Healthcare. Housing. Food. Daycare. Dreams. Self esteem. Nobody pays. Nobody works. The money just appears because math is colonial now. Debt is imaginary and inflation is just a conspiracy invented by grocery stores.
Climate hysteria
The planet is dying every twelve minutes. Give the government total control to fix it. Ignore the private jets, beachfront mansions, and carbon footprints the size of Texas. Rules are for peasants, not prophets.
Speech control
If you disagree, you're dangerous. If you joke, you're violent. If you ask questions, you're hateful. The party of tolerance has the thinnest skin in recorded history.
America bad
Everything wrong on Earth is our fault. We're evil, racist, oppressive, and incompetent. Also please fund the world, protect everyone, and shut up while doing it.
This isn't liberalism. This is a cult powered by outrage, feelings, and a complete rejection of reality. They didn't just abandon common sense. They set it on fire, danced around it, and blamed conservatives for the smoke.
I'm not angry. I'm just exhausted watching grown adults clap for ideas that would've gotten them laughed out of a room twenty years ago.
Call it harsh. Call it offensive. Call it whatever helps you sleep.
I call it accurate.
