For Iran, this control and its effect upon the global economy, may even be better than having a nuke.

And Pres Trump MoU only says no tolls for 60 days.

But Iran has also said that they don't intend to charge tolls, but service fees to assure safe passage.

I admit, a subtle, very subtle, difference, but possibly a significant one?
