People who have suffered and treat other people well are to be admired
People who struggle through adversity and succeed are to be admired
Just because someone is a "celebrity" is no reason to discount their achievements
In fact, a celebrity who has all the reason in the world to be a selfish ----- and who isn't is a person to be admired.

The man is a real man. He does something that takes an ungodly amount of emotional strength to do, because he knows how much it means to these dying children
I get it, you simply do not have the morality to understand, but what John Cena has done and does is, simply, good.
Keanu Reaves has endured significant personal tragedy throughout his life, including his father abandoning him, his best friend River Phoenix dying from a drug overdose, the stillbirth of his daughter with Jennifer Syme, and Syme's subsequent death in a car accident. He also supported his sister through a long battle with leukemia.
Despite all this he treats people, apparently everyone, with kindness and gentleness, he is generous with the people he works with and his fans.
These are good actions
