It isn't just "anybody from a 3rd party"

It is anybody from a 3rd party who takes votes away from their candidate, thereby helping the other party's candidate.

There's a difference there other than just "anybody from a 3rd party".

In the strictly binary political system we have in this country, any votes for a 3rd party will siphon away votes from the very candidates those voters would normally vote for, while giving the other candidates (who they may abhor) a stronger chance at victory.

Wrong. When you give in to a bully, he always comes back for more. Despite Cassidy giving Trump what he wanted, Trump has now endorsed Rep. Julia Letlow (R-LA) for Cassidy's seat. She may formally announce her challenge as soon as today.

But the Westboro Babtist Church people are the only ones who come to mind when it comes to disrupting church services (although I seem to remember they generally showed their asses faces at things like Andrew Shepherd's funeral).

As for anti-abortion protestors, they generally like to gun down their "opponents" outside of clinics and not churches.

And as for the anti-Muslim and anti-Jewish protestors, they generally rely on dynamite to express their opinions.

So, in the scheme of things, what the protestors, in this case, would be considered more Jesus-like than, say, terrorist-like.

Also, if there's a charlatan posing as a Christian minister (who is an ICE agent), then I think Jesus set the example:

Jesus overturned tables in the Temple courts to protest merchants exploiting worshippers, turning His Father's house into a "den of robbers" or "market," as described in all four Gospels (Matthew 21, Mark 11, Luke 19, John 2). He drove out sellers of animals and money changers, quoting scripture about prayer, and emphasized that the sacred space meant for God's worship was being commercialized and corrupted by greed, often seen as an act of righteous anger against injustice.

What ICE was doing in the links I provided was not based on any Christian understanding whatsoever.

I think the protestors, in this case, are being just as righteous as Jesus was.
