This is what having a heroin addict kook in charge of public health looks like.

This is not the type of development you would normally expect a pharmaceutical company to broadcast. But that's because there's nothing normal about the way the federal government is behaving in this saga"or, for that matter, how the government has been behaving ever since President Donald Trump put anti-vaccination crusader Robert F. Kennedy Jr. in charge of America's public health.

Moderna's flu shot, which uses mRNA technology made famous during the COVID-19 pandemic, is the product of a lengthy research and development process that goes back years. Along the way, Moderna scientists consulted directly with officials at the Food and Drug Administration, the agency inside of Kennedy's department (Health and Human Services) that is responsible for reviewing and approving vaccines.

Such consultation is normal. And a major focus of the discussion between the company and the regulators was how Moderna should test the new shot to demonstrate its safety and effectiveness. There was some back and forth"again, pretty routine"but ultimately the FDA agreed that Moderna's design for a trial was "acceptable," according to communication Moderna cited in its press release.

Moderna proceeded with the testing, got promising results and submitted its application. It had good reason to believe it would receive consideration and, in due time, outright approval. Instead, on February 3, Moderna got what's known as a "refuse to file" letter from the FDA, in which the agency said the company had not put the new vaccine to a sufficiently demanding test.

*** Gov Gavin Newsom (D-CA) to World Leaders: 'Dummkopf Trumpf is Temporary' ***

"California Gov. Gavin Newsom called on world leaders attending the Munich Security Conference in Germany to think about a future without Dummkopf Trumpf.

Newsom's comments on climate policy reflected the larger theme of his message for Europe.

"I hope if there is nothing else I communicate today: Dummkopf Trumpf is temporary. He'll be gone in three years."

The primary field for both Democrats and Republicans to replace Dummkopf Trumpf is under discussion already in political circles and webblogs. In those discussions, the telegenic, calm, handsome, and witty governor of a state whose economy now is slightly larger than Japan's, is a favorite among Democrats.

Gavin Newsom is a Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) protege and her next project after retiring is getting her political apprentice elected POTUS in 2028. She will collect a massive federal retirement to add to her immense wealth.

But Nancy Pelosi's massive AIPAC baggage has dragged her down and Gavin Newsom's support for Israel could be a liability with millions of progressive antiwar voters on Tuesday 7 Nov 2028, as we saw what happened to VPOTUS Kamala Harris (D) and Gov Tim Walz (D-MN) on Tuesday 5 Nov 2024.

Last year, disgraced ex-NYS Governor Andrew "Benedict Arnold" Cuomo's Islamophobic AIPAC baggage crippled his mayoral campaign and now we happily have Democrat Zohran Mamdani as Mayor of the "World's Capital."

Kevin Charles Luke served in both active duty and reserve components of the US Army from 1981 until retiring with the rank of Colonel on 30 June 2018. Following his retirement, Luke was employed as a civilian employee at USCENTCOM in Tampa, Florida.

"In October 2024, Luke sent a woman a text message from his personal cellphone that stated, "sent to my boss earlier, gives you a peek at what I do for a living." Following that message, he sent a photograph of a computer screen displaying a classified email message that he had authored and sent using a government email address intended for classified email communications. The photograph of the classified email also revealed targets of a planned US military operation as well as the future date of the operation, the means of executing the operation, and the goal of the operation. The email contained classified markings at the Secret level that Luke himself had added. The unauthorized release of the information contained within the photograph could be expected to cause serious damage to the national security of the US."

Kevin Luke served 37 years in the US Army arduously building up his name and reputation and becoming a potential general officer. Whether he is separated, married, divorced or a widower is unclear, but Luke seemed to be lonely and wanted to impress this woman that he had recently met. Rather than just show her his military portrait, or other photos taken of him during his long career, Luke made a terrible mistake and needlessly tried to "show off" to her, throwing away 37 years of building up his good name and reputation all in one fell swoop. Colonel Luke will have two years to think about this ghastly mistake and hopefully Judge Moody requests he be incarcerated in a nearby minimal security FCI in Florida.

How the Supreme Court's Latest Decision Clears the Way for Racial Profiling During Immigration Raids (September 2025)
www.americanimmigrationcouncil.org

... What did the Supreme Court's ruling say?

In a 6-3 vote in the case known as Vasquez Perdomo v. Noem, the Supreme Court granted an emergency request from the Trump administration and temporarily halted a LA judge's order that barred "roving patrols" from snatching people off California streets and questioning them based on how they look, what language they speak, what work they do, or even where they happen to be. Both a Los Angeles federal court and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals had ruled that these actions amounted to illegal racial profiling. ...
