Of course they are.... and of course Nazi Steve is pushing it.
They have their model to follow, after all.
1933, after creating a disaster as an excuse to implement:
"The decree nullified many of the key civil liberties of German citizens.
With the Nazis in powerful positions in the German government, the decree was used as the legal basis for the imprisonment of anyone considered to be opponents of the Nazis, and to suppress publications not considered "friendly" to the Nazi cause.
The decree is considered by historians as one of the key steps in the establishment of a one-party Nazi state in Germany."

Step 1 to dissolving the Judiciary.
The legislative branch has already ceased to function.

They have already suspended it for non-citizens. And for citizen children of non-citizens.
So at least they're being honest I guess. They will suspend it for all citizens next.

The Magna Carta was signed in 1215 It guaranteed due process of law, freedom from arbitrary imprisonment, trial by jury,
Just saying, the western world has figured out how to give people their day in court for over 800 years

This is a very dangerous place to go since once this has been invoked, there would be nothing stopping Trump from arresting virtually anyone he deems to not be supporting America, which in his mind, is becoming more and more to mean himself.

So, he wants to suspend the Constitution because he finds it ~inconvenient?~
And then there is Pres trump who said recently that he does not knw if he needs to support the Constitution, even though he has sworn an oath to do so twice.

If you think that's bad, just wait until Dark Brandon gets back into office.

" President Donald Trump has been personally involved in discussions inside the administration over potentially suspending habeas corpus, a legal procedure that allows people to challenge their detention in court, two people familiar with the consideration told CNN.

I'm from the "Second Amendment crowd." I have no clue what the Second Amendment has to do with an article about invoking a Congressional, not Presidential, power. Talk to me.

My view ...
It is not about the Second Amendment per se.
It is about the objections raised when some folk think their Second Amendment rights have been violated.
Yet, those folk (and, to be specific, I am not saying you) seem to be strangely quiet when Pres Trump says, ~I don't know~ when asked if he should support the Constitution.

How long before sites like this one get shut down? RCade should look for offshore property. Set up servers on a ship in international waters.
