The modern USS Gerald R. Ford aircraft carrier is a floating Combatant Command which will launch its jets while its supporting escort vessels fire their rockets and missiles against Venezuelan targets. After the air offensive is complete, the ACG will either hover around the area or move to another target country. The Stealth fighters will remain in Puerto Rico as a contingency.

The two airports on Trinidad and Tobago will be used like Clark AFB or Subic Bay Naval Base in the Philippines during the Vietnam War for US logistical and personnel movement to help occupy Venezuela.

The Vietcong and NVA were able to attack US military bases in South Vietnam, not in the Philippines. And Trinidad and Tobago, Trumpf-friendly, is only seven miles away from Venezuela, making it a perfect colony and launch-pad for the US military.
