Who's stopping the United States from maintaining their investment in this area?

Whats the investment? Whats the return? The buoys EoL is in 2040, and cost ~$350M to install and ~$50M to maintain every year.
What data have they collected? Do you know?
Why are AI "datacenters" being made on land and not offshore?
They need power.
The USA can't afford 368 million to help understand and avoid climate catastrophes?
That was to install, its another $50M a year (for 25yrs) to maintain, coming out to around $1.5Billion. How does it "avoid" climate catastrophes?
What don't scientists know with the buoy data that they don't already know, or can't ascertain via the methods before 2015?
#20 Dbt2 blindly states, "I've not seen a trace of anti-Semitism in Coriolanus's posts."
Except for the railing on Trumpf (well-deserved), the rest of his missives are nothing but anti-Semitism.
