Roberts and ACB let it go forward because the trial court said it's going to let the Orange Pustule walk. That's the only reason they decided to put on this show of fairness.

Sometimes the Ask is too difficult for the Court to do and retain any sort of confidence at all.

So the Mob Boss has to take a hit. He's petty enough that someone somewhere sometime will pay.

Because the request raises a federal Constitutional question. The state did its thing. The question is whether the federal Constitution prevents such a thing. Tenth Amendment not implicated.

Truth, I personally do not believe E. Jean Carrol's story for the following reason: her credibility is shot to ----.

1) Not Trump's type even in the 90's
2) The Dress she claimed to have been purchasing wasn't released until a few years later (this was acknowledged by the department store)
3) The woman writes about salacious and sexually depraved subject matter
4) If the case had been tried anywhere else outside of Manhattan I don't believe he would have been found guilty
5) The NY legislature changed the "rape laws" so they could go after Trump and sunset the law after a specific period of time again for the sole purpose of going after him.

It's ---- like this as to why I don't bother answering your questions.

As an aside, YOU don't get to pick and choose reality.

Donald Trump was found to have liabled E. Jean Carroll by stating she was lying when she said he inserted his fingers in her vagina against her will.

That means according to the law, ------- raped (colloquially speaking) E. Jean Carroll.

You HAVE to deny that reality to reach your conclusion, with obvious nonsensical reasoning.

Just as an example.... rape isn't about looks it is about power. ------- wanted to impose himself on E. Jean Carroll and a jury found that he did. That imposition is the power that a rapist seeks. It does not matter whether E. Jean Carroll was his "type" cause his actual "type" was a woman he could force himself on.

But you do you. Your man is a rapist. Deny he is a rapist, that doesn't make him any less a rapist.

Then you have to deny he is a felon, which he is.

Then you have to deny he is an insurrectionist, which he is.

Then you have to deny he committed corporate fraud, which he did.

Then you have to deny he liabled E. Jean Carroll, which he did

Then you have to deny he discriminated against African Americans, which he did.

That is a whole -------- of denial.

I get it, you don't like to answer my questions, but truth hurts bitch.

You can act like reality isn't reality, but reality rarely arrives lubed.

Even if it takes a coup? or rape?

You may wonder why you haven't won a couple of years from now, while ------- is winning, winning, winning.

Hint, it is because he does not care about you. At all.

EVERYTHING he says is a lie.

Because winning isn't everything, it's the only thing.

You remember that when it is he winning and you losing.

Ms. "I worked in a law office once upon a time" opines.

I'm more circumspect. I'll wait for the Appellate Division to opine and narrow the issues before jumping off the cliff. Then I wait for the Appeals Court to have their say. After all that, in a few years, the USSC might be asked to weigh in. I'll hold my speculation for the future.
