More than a dozen ICE agents broke into the home of a US Citizen, Scott Thao, without a warrant or even explanation. They then forced Thao outside into the cold and snow while he was wearing nothing but his underwear and sandals. They held him at gunpoint and had no interest in seeing his ID. They then drove him "to the middle of nowhere" and again made him stand in the freezing cold Minnesota weather in his underwear while they photographed. After some more time passed they returned him to his home without apology or explanation.
