More than a dozen ICE agents broke into the home of a US Citizen, Scott Thao, without a warrant or even explanation.

New -- I wrote about ChongLy Scott Thao, the elderly Hmong American wrongly arrested and forced out of his home by ICE in his underwear during the punishing Minnesota winter, what witnesses saw, and DHS's racist claim that he fit the description of another Asian man they were looking for. My story:

BREAKING -- ChongLy Scott Thao's family has released a statement disputing DHS's outrageous justification for his arrest. "He does not live with, nor has he ever lived with, the individuals DHS claims were targets of this operation ... [the family] does not know the individuals DHS references."

DHS later told AP that they were looking for two sex offenders who live with Thao. There are no registered sex offenders living at Thao's address nor any particularly close to him according to the Minnesota registry. DHS refused to provide the identities of the two offenders so they are either lying or they are allowing convicted sex offenders to secretly live amongst the people of America.

This was a completely unprofessional and over-the-top raid with agents mounting suppressors on their assault rifles.

Any decent Agent-in-Charge (AIC) or Site Commander in normal times would have been mortified that his SWAT team came up empty-handed after all the expenditure of manpower and money, and worse, that they detained an innocent person and made him suffer with humiliation and freezing temperatures.

ICE is spreading terror and PTSD throughout the population of Amerikkka.

FTA: 'At a press conference on Tuesday, Brooklyn Park Police Chief Mark Bruley said "he opposed abolishing ICE" but disagreed with how federal officers were carrying out immigration enforcement.'

That's why we are so jammed up now as a country.

Hammerheads still bleat about "fixing" ICE when this 23-year-old experiment should be scrapped, not "fixed."

"Oh, when the Democrats get back in power, they'll kick out the migrants in a kindler, gentler fashion, the way we used to do it, real quiet-like. We'll keep some for the carwashes, farms, restaurants, and slaughterhouses, see? But for now, leave my cops alone."

There are no decent AICs on these raids and the fact that there was no danger or target of interest there is a feature, not a bug. These cosplay p^&&ies just want to kick in doors and play toy soldier without actually risking anything.

I wonder if the number of arrests is all they're keeping tabs on. So, the totally tally was +1 from this joke of raid but never was -1 when he was released because *oops* citizen.

"Twin Cities police chiefs: officers report being targeted while off duty by ICE agents

Brooklyn Park Police Chief Mark Bruley says multiple Twin Cities officers of color have been stopped while off duty by ICE agents who demanded "paperwork" to prove legal status " and he says residents have reported similar stops.

In this clip, Bruley describes one incident he says involved ICE agents boxing in an off-duty officer, drawing guns, and knocking her phone out of her hand when she tried to record."

Bruce Springsteen condemns Trump over ICE actions in Minneapolis during surprise concert
www.kare11.com

... Bruce Springsteen slammed President Donald Trump and the federal crackdown on immigrants during a surprise performance Saturday in his home state of New Jersey.

During his comments at the Light of Day Winterfest Concert, Springsteen dedicated a song to the memory of Renee Good, who was killed by an ICE officer in Minneapolis.

The legendary rocker called on federal agents to leave Minneapolis and for fans of his music to tell Trump the same.

Springsteen then dedicated his 1978 song "The Promised Land" to Good's memory, according to cellphone video from the performance shared by NJ.com and other outlets.

"Right now, we are living through incredibly critical times. The United States, the ideals and the values for which it stood for the past 250 years is being tested as it has never been in modern times. Those values and those ideals have never been as in danger as they are right now," Springsteen said.

"If you stand against heavily armed masked federal troops invading an American city using gestapo tactics against our fellow citizens.

If you believe you don't deserve to be murdered for exercising your American right to protest, then send a message to this president because the mayor of that city has said ICE should get the f--k out of Minneapolis.

And this song is for you and in the memory of a mother of three, an American citizen, Renee Good," he added. ...

When did you decide you wanted to be just like Trump?

(Or least how you perceive him to be. I would point out that he never would have been able to become President nor pull off his corrupt schemes if he was actually as mentally ill as you like to believe, but that's clearly a conversation that you lack the capacity to engage with.)

I think that you're frightened to admit what your senses tell you.

That Trump is insane was proven yesterday, today, and will be tomorrow. Insane and evil.

You should post what you think is your personal red line on Trump's behavior. As an act of courage and so I can wave it your face when he does it.

@#31 ... So how far off? 15%? ...

Based upon his rambling nearly two-hour long appearance, when he walked in nearly an hour late on a press conference, I'd go a bit higher than 15%.

But I am not a medical professional, so, what do I know.

www.nj.com

... Nearing the end of his surprise performance in Red Bank Saturday night, Bruce Springsteen paused to address the crowd, hoping not to be "out of order" and disrupt the benefit concert's otherwise convivial atmosphere.

Springsteen began to explain the origin of his 1978 song "The Promised Land," noting "I wrote this song as an ode to American possibility, it was (about) both the beautiful but flawed country that we are, and to the country that we could be."

Springsteen, 76, then pivoted to condemnation, urging the audience inside the Count Basie Center for the Arts to stand against the Trump administration's deployment of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers in American cities, particularly in Minneapolis. ...
