Let's be clear

Iran is winning this war decisively.

The war against Iran cannot be won.

Because there is nothing to win

You cannot force your will upon a people when your stated goal is genocide and annihilation.

That leaves only endless war.

Jeff will next JUSTIFY the genocide with something about the way islam treats gay people.

I think if you ask the average Israeli leader they would proudly state they were committing genocide against the Palestinians

Pogroms committed in the West Bank

So, let's look at intent

Key Statements by High-Ranking Officials

Benjamin Netanyahu (Prime Minister): Netanyahu invoked biblical references in October 2023 regarding Amalek"frequently cited in legal proceedings (such as South Africa's case at the International Court of Justice) as an allusion to total destruction"stating: "You must remember what Amalek has done to you, saith our Bible." In other addresses, he spoke of turning Gaza into a "ruined city" and declared that Israel's response would "reverberate for generations."
Yoav Gallant (Former Defense Minister): In the days immediately following October 7, 2023, Gallant announced a total siege on the Gaza Strip, stating: "We are imposing a complete siege on Gaza. There will be no electricity, no food, no water, no fuel. Everything is closed." He also publicly referred to the combatants and context by stating: "We are fighting human animals and we are acting accordingly."
Isaac Herzog (President): During an October 13, 2023 press conference addressing accountability for the population in Gaza, Herzog stated: "It's an entire nation out there that is responsible. It's not true this rhetoric about civilians not aware, not involved. It's absolutely not true... and we will fight until we break their backbone."
Bezalel Smotrich (Finance Minister): Smotrich has repeatedly advocated for the re-settlement of Gaza and suggested that starving or depriving the entire population of Gaza might be "justified and moral" until hostages are returned, remarking in early 2024 that it is "justified and moral, even though nobody will let us cause 2 million civilians to die of hunger, even though it might be justified and moral."
Itamar Ben-Gvir (National Security Minister): Ben-Gvir has publicly called for the total encouragement of the "voluntary migration" of Palestinians out of Gaza and demanded cutting off humanitarian aid and fuel into the territory until Hamas is completely crushed.

#6. It's not genocide. Lemme guess, those filthy Hews got what the deserved on 10/7, right?

The essential question is "does Hamas' attack on 10/7 justify the ongoing genocide and pogroms and war crimes and wars of aggression being conducted by Israel?"

I'm a borderline Hall of Fame troll, Alexandrite. I easily elicit multiple responses with a single post. And it doesn't take any effort.

Technically a war of aggression is more heinous. Good thing is we are also doing that

It even helps the sh--ty people who are too stupid to vote for their own interests.

This isn't exactly true. They just believe their interest lies solely with harming trans people-see jeffj and boaz as prime examples.

They got exactly what they want

Piggy has killed my belief in the goodness of the average man.

#20 TH: on the one hand i can very much relate to your disdain for all the working class morons who voted for Trump over and over again. As if they deserve now every bad thing that is happening to them and their communities. On the other hand, I think we all know that if this country is once again to become whole and move forward there must be some meaningful level of reconciliation after these past ten years of the greatest national polarization sine the Civil War. It cannot come from the top down. It must come from us, We The People, in our attempts to lay the disdain aside. Tall order but I think that becomes our duty if we truly are patriotic Americans.

You seem to be under the impression that there is a solution to this problem.

There isn't

There are 2 types of people in this country-the sane and the insane

The insane cannot become sane and the sane cannot become insane

Half the population is morally bankrupt. They do not have nor understand the most basic concept of ethics or morality.

Either they are stupid or evil, but there is no changing that, there is no reconciliation

They believe you are less human than them. They believe they have a god given right to rule over you.

That cannot be changed

And certainly not while the conservative regressive revolution is underway.

They have destroyed the connective tissue that held our country together. They are the ones perverting the mystic chords of memory Lincoln talked about

Teach them morals first, then we can talk

A mature person recognizes a threat and destroys it

Magat scum are a direct threat to me and my loved ones

---- them, they deserve nothing but disdain and the consequences of their vote

They can have my forgiveness and "rising above my hatred" when they come crawling and kiss my ass, but remember this essential fact

There is no reconciliation until THEY recognize the wrong they have committed, until THEY atone for their actions.

They are responsible. If THEY want reconciliation they need to change

good luck with that

Change will come from suffering

Maybe

Too stupid or too evil people won't change even from suffering

And since their stupidity and evil is harming me and mine
